A perfect hotel for family holiday
Pros:

The hotel is a perfect choice for a family holiday. Every single member of staff was very nice, helpful and made it such a nice experience. The staff around the pool were super friendly and fun. We loved water basketball/polo. They have a good number of sun beds by the pool so there was no issue with people reserving the sun beds and leaving the pool for hours. A hand out of watermelon slices by the pool in the afternoon was a very nice and tasty gesture too. The children loved playing football and padel tennis with other children.
We also used their recommended hire car as we needed a 7 seater. The reception staff organised it for us at just over 1 hour’s notice and it came out cheaper than other options we could find (plus saved us from going back to the airport for collection/drop off).
We had half board which was perfect. Spanish themed night had the best food in my opinion but there were lots of options each day. Live music at dinner time most evenings was lovely too.
Considering coming back next year!

Cons:

There were 6 of us so at meal times we were told it is ‘not possible’ to have a table outside. Each time we ended up having a table outside by pushing two tables together ourselves.

Despite of the hotel being full, we were surprised to see low attendance at evening events at Benny’s bar. Perhaps it is due to quite a late start time for families will young children (22:15 start time for guitar/flamenco).

Pros:

The cleanliness of the hotel was brilliant

Cons:

It's a good 30 to 40 mins walk away from the marina. It was also quite pricey if you went self catering. Some of the bar staff are a bit miserable

Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, desde los cocineros (hicieron platos específicos para mi hija alérgica al huevo). Simpatía camareras/os , en especial Belén. Simpatía animadoras con l@s niñ@s. La mascota Beny, todo un acierto. El club de Beny para l@s niñ@s. Piscina climatizada/spa.

Cons:

Calidad comida. Cuesta para llegar al hotel (se hace pesada).

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel, check in process with smooth and our room located on the sixth floor was great.
Staff were helpful and friendly there are a few niggles I have with the hotel however.
Firstly we were self catering but you are not allowed any outside food and drink around the pool, I have never previously experienced this with any other self catering holiday we have been on. The lifeguards come round and will tell you to put anything away that they see that has been purchased outside of the hotel, very silly in my opinion. If you want guests to only eat your food, only offer all inclusive, I don't believe that I should have to go back up to my room to have a packet of crisps or a drink! I did buy a drink a few times but at 3 euros for a watered down coke i would rather buy cans at the supermarket. The lifeguards were more interested in catching people with food/drink than paying attention to what was going on in the pool!

The hill was a huge issue for us, I have a 4 year old and my mother came with us and neither of them were able to walk it. We had to get taxis down to the marina each nice. Marina is lovely, we ate there almost every night and enjoyed it immensely.

Pools were very cold! It was very warm when we visited but our kids were not a fan of how cold the pools were, we ended up using the indoor pool a lot as this was heated. Not where i wanted to be spending most of my holiday, indoors when the weather was so beautiful. However you are not allowed any sort of jumping or splashing or rubber rings in the indoor pool, our kids got told off several times for a variety of different things which I think was unnecessary, they were just being kids. Children are not allowed in the indoor pool before 11am and at some points we were the only people in there but still my kids were not allowed to use the rings or jump in the pool.

There is also a little soft play next to the outdoor pool which my boy loved, however there was a hole in the netting and being a 4 year old he kept sticking his head in the hole at the top of the soft play. I had told him not to do this several times but he did it again and lost his footing and he was hanging by his neck! I am not being dramatic when I say he could of seriously hurt himself. I did mention this to reception but when we went down the next day, nothing had been done about it.

We wouldn't stay in this hotel again just because of a few issues but the area is lovely

Pros:

We spent 5 nights at this hotel, which is advertised as a 4-star property. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it does not quite meet that standard. The furniture looked rather old, and the hotel as a whole would benefit from some renovation and modernization.

When we arrived late in the evening, we were initially given a room located right next to the disco terrace. Since we were travelling with our one-year-old baby, the noise level was completely unsuitable. I went to reception and explained the situation to the receptionist, who immediately changed our room. I really appreciated her understanding and quick response.

I would also like to give special thanks to Squid (if I remember her name correctly). It was my birthday during our stay, and she surprised me with a lovely towel arrangement shaped like a birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly made my day.

While there are areas where the hotel could improve, especially regarding the condition of the facilities, the kindness and professionalism of the staff were definitely a highlight of our stay.

Cons:

Although the hotel was kept clean, it would benefit from refurbishment and modernisation.

Pros:

Extremely friendly, warm, hardworking and helpful staff. Natasha, Fabi and all others have been amazing at entertaining the whole family. We had a brilliant holiday. It felt so safe for the kids too.
