Hotel très bien,bien équipée calme,personnel sympathique aimable professionnel pas très loin de la plage et commerces, parking trop cher et compliqué de se garer en février ça va mais je pense qu en pleine saison impossible

Fajny hotel, w fajnym miejscu ze słabiutkim jedzeniem i łóżkami.

Miła obsługa, super lokalizacja, hotel wizualnie ładny.

Cons:

Niewygodne łóżko. Duże łóżko to w rzeczywistości dwa połączone, które się rozjeżdżają przy każdym ruchu. Śniadania monotonne, mało smaczne, prawie zero warzyw. Kolacje słabe. Tematyczne wieczory… Bez komentarza. Azjatycki wieczór porażka. Ja wychodziłem głodny. Desery sztuczne. Płacenie za napoje do kolacji… Płatny alkohol rozumiem, ale woda do kolacji, żeby była płatna???

Fantastyczny pobyt, już rozważam powrót.
Pros:

Obiekt spełniał moje oczekiwania, położenie jest bardzo dobre, blisko morza, dodatkowym ułatwieniem jest możliwość wejścia do obiektu przez parking, dzięki czemu omija się strome podejście. Personel fantastyczny, uśmiechnięty i bardzo pomocny. Pokoje duże, wyposażone. W obiekcie wszytko czego było nam potrzeba. Jedyne zastrzeżenie mam do posiłków, zdarzało się zamrożone jedzenie, i przeważnie dość zimne. Jednakże mając na względzie jakoś do ceny oceniam obiekt bardzo dobrze.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, przyjazny dzieciom, personel zawsze uśmiechnięty, rozwiązujący wszystkie problemy natychmiastowo, pokoje codziennie sprzątane ( nasza Pani Esperanza zawsze zostawiała Nasz pokój w idealnym porządku, zawsze czekała na nas miła niespodzianka z ułożonych ręczników ) śniadania pyszne i duży wybór, kolację wykupiliśmy raz ale spełniła nasze oczekiwania. Dużym plusem w pokoju był aneks kuchenny, doskonale wyposażony

Fantastic break!
Pros:

Staff and facilities were fantastic. Mini club and mini disco staff worked very hard day and night! Thank you Steffi for making my 3 year old so happy and feeling included! Spa facilities are also fantastic! Inclusive for all the family including the grandparents! We will be back!

Cons:

Not a grumble but just a note to all staying. Use the lifts by the shop to enter all the main facilities in the winter.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la qualité de la nourriture, le confort de la chambre, la piscine chauffée ainsi que l’espace pour les enfants.
Le point fort de l’hôtel reste sans aucun doute le personnel : aimable, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider afin de rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible.
Un hôtel que je recommande vivement et qui mérite d’être visité sans hésitation.

Cons:

La température de la piscine pourrait être légèrement augmentée pour plus de confort.
Par ailleurs, il serait souhaitable de permettre aux femmes de se baigner sans l’obligation stricte du maillot, cela relevant d’une liberté personnelle. et biensur servir de l eau gratuitement sur table au diner et dejuner
