Pros:

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The indoor pool met expectations. The service was pleasant and the staff were friendly. The location was excellent for us, as it was just a short walk to the beach.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the outdoor pool area was separated and that children could only use the shallow kids’ pool, which is more suited for toddlers, so older children found it boring.

Magnífica estancia.
Pros:

El hotel en general es perfecto. La atención del personal es magnífica, siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Limpieza impecable. Piscina climatizada de tamaño bueno para lo que son este tipo de piscinas.
Zona spa con todo lo necesario. Solo teníamos el desayuno, bueno, tal vez faltó un poco de variedad de fruta.

Cons:

Todo bien. Añadir que fuimos de L-J en temporada baja y aún así estaba bastante lleno, creo que si hubieramos ido en temporada alta habría saturación.
El techo del dormitorio en el estudio no apto para muy altos pero en nuestro caso, tamaño medio, perfecto.

Everything was very clean, nice indoor pool, cosy rooms, helpfull staff, good licaruin. If it wasn’t for the terrible dinner buffet I would have given 9.

Cons:

I do not recommend the dinner buffet. Lack of taste, cheap cooking ingrediences very often used, overcooked food. Compared with same price range hotels the dinner was a huge dissapointment. I would rather spend the money in some of the nearby restaurants. Breakfast was OKish.

Great would definitely come back to this apartments/hote
Pros:

Beautiful setting lots of amenities at the hotel for guest, very helpful and friendly staff specially the reception team and manager as they dealt with a confusing when I did the booking but they handled it very quickly and efficiently.
Yummy breakfast, very close to the beach

Cons:

Nothing I would come back if staying in Benalmadena
