Pros:

Great place to stay near Malaga. The staff was quite polite and it was a treat for the kids. The evenings were full of programmes. The facilities were quite good and the breakfast was excellent. Infact the staff was kind enough to pack us some breakfast packs during our last day due to early checkout. Veronicka was quite kind and kept our apartment clean with some chocolates for the kids. Good value for money.

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich.

Cons:

Der Badebereich, insbesondere der Whirlpool sollte besser gereinigt werden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar reichhaltig, aber die Produkte schmeckten mir nicht. Ich wünschte mir diesbezüglich lieber weniger Produkte dafür bessere Qualität.

Pros:

Brīnišķīga ēdiena izvēle gan brokastīs, gan vakariņās, katru dienu kaut kas jauns un prosecco brokastīs. Iespēja apmeklēt spa zonu. Jauki plaši numuriņi ar virtuvi un balkonu, jauks skats. Netālu promenāde, veikals. Iespēja mainīt spilvenus, operatīvi reaģēja uz nepieciešamību pēc papildus segām. Spēļu istaba.

Diezgan skaļi, jo daudz mazu bērnu.

Pros and Cons but wouldn’t return
Pros:

Writing an honest review to support families with teens to make a decision regarding staying here.

Let’s start with the pros:
Room was lovely, comfy bed with comfy pull out sofa bed for the kids (11 and 15).
Inside pool lovely and warm, and it was lovely to get away this time of year and escape the rain, we were really lucky with the weather, it was around 20 degrees each day. The area does not look the best but walkable into the centre in 10 mins and the marina in 30. We much preferred the marina area very pretty with lovely restaurants. The benalmadena strip was a bit Brits on tour for our liking.

Cons:
It was empty in the day around the pool, lots of older people which my teens were a bit disappointed about as they were hoping to make some friends to play football and basketball with but they were the only teens there.
The food in the restaurant was not good, breakfast was ok but we booked half board and ended up eating out every evening because the evening meals were awful. Also no drinks available at all in the evening not even water so you have to order it and it was really expensive.
We enjoyed playing paddle however we thought we were paying a 9 euro deposit for the kit but later found out that we were actually charged 9 euros for each session. The steam room was also broken throughout the stay.

The staff were mostly lovely but the male staff in the restaurant were quite rude. It all felt rushed and with everyone battling for food each meal and the noise was all a bit much.

I can’t comment on the evening entertainment as all geared towards little kids so mine were not interested. They did enjoy the games room though.

Overall I would rate this a 3 star hotel, I’m sure in the summer months there would be a bit more going on.

Fabulous hotel with amazing kids club
Pros:

A fabulous hotel with lovely facilities and a fantastic staff team. Our son particularly enjoyed Kids club which was open in February half term and had the amazing team Stefi Eva Vero & Natasha. The self catering room was well equipped and the housekeeping team of Aroa & Ana did a really good job. The indoor pool was also fantastic and warm. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we will be back.

Amazing hotel
Pros:

Fabulous experience. I cannot praise this hotel and our experience enough. Immaculately clean, every member of staff warm friendly courteous and went over and above to help in every way. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with everything you would need. Also very quiet for sleeping. We were all inclusive and the quality and range of food was excellent. Location good, even though up a bit of a hill. I can't remember or indeed know the names of all the lovely staff who we met but they are all a credit to the hotel. They worked so hard and always had a smile. Fully and unreservedly recommend this hotel.
