Wonderful times to be had at this fun and loving hotel.
Pros:

Very clean, friendly staff and great value for money. We travelled with our son who is autistic and the amenities and staff were both prepared and professional.

Cons:

That we had to leave!

Choosing the all-inclusive option was a waste of money

Entertainment was very good: thanks Natasha. Belen at the restaurant reception always had a lovely smile for us. Woman making delicious omelettes for breakfast also had a nice smile. The apartment, the maids (who left their charming works of art made with towels on the bed), reception staff and spa were good.
Cons
One) Major negative was the food. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner were of 3* or less hotel standard: e.g. show cooking: fish and chicken breast were undercooked; potatoes were usually undercooked; the seafood paella had hardly any seafood in it; generally a poor choice). The food in the Asian night was awful. Choosing the all-inclusive was a waste of money.
Also only one type of cocktail a day was included in the all-inclusive. This is the first 4* hotel we’ve been to where this was the case.
Two) The waiters at Beny’s Bar (with 1 or 2 exceptions) were unfriendly. Their attitude was couldn’t-care-less and very unprofessional. If they don’t like serving people they should find another job. One of our group understood Spanish and overheard one waiter saying to another waiter something extremely rude about a person at the bar.
We will not be returning to this hotel.

Très agréable mais pas pour le restaurant

L’Hotel est tres joli et propre.
Le personnel est adorable surtout les filles du kids club. Notre fille a adoré le disco club, les jeux proposés au club enfant et biensur la piscine intérieure chauffée.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres

Cons:

La demi pension ne comprend aucune boisson ni même de l eau. Ça a été le gros point noir du séjour. Devoir acheter des petites bouteilles d eau à plus de 2€ car le restaurant n en propose même pas. Une fontaine à eau filtrée dans le hall de l hôtel serait un plus pour permettre aux clients de remplir les gourdes surtout quand on fait la pub du développement durable partout dans l hôtel.
Le restaurant n était pas bon. Pourtant nous ne sommes vraiment pas difficile mais aucun goût, même les légumes les plus simples étaient enduit de vinaigre pour la conservation. C est très dommage, mieux vaut proposer bcp moins mais de qualité.
L hôtel est malheureusement très bruyant le soir à cause de la terrasse ouverte très tard. Chaque soir, un groupe de vieux anglais s y mettaient pour rire à gorge déployée, complètement beurré, c était insupportable.

Lovely staff and lovely hotel.
Pros:

First time staying at this lovely hotel, booked a week half board at the end of April 2026 to celebrate my 60th birthday after reading the favourable reviews. So glad we chose this hotel as it was spotlessly clean and our room had a separate lounge/kitchenette with a fridge, cooker and small dining table and a sofa with a lovely balcony which had sea views. The main pool is very large and again impeccably maintained as is the smaller children's pool. The food was lovely too, the menu's being varied for different theme nights and was of excellent quality and on a buffet basis, and there's even a counter with freshly made pizza's. All of the staff we met were lovely helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble, there were too many to mention them all, however special mentions to Natasha from the Entertainments Team who never seems to go home, and was fantastic on all of the activities we attended (she's also a very good shot!), and also Ana and Carmen who serviced the room making a fantastic towel art cake and a hand written happy birthday message on my 60th which I was greatly touched by ❤️(sincere apologies for the small tip but we had run out of Euro's by the last day). Our first visit and definitely not our last!

Great hotel and holiday.
Pros:

Had a brilliant holiday , staff were all friendly and attentive. Indoor pool was fantastic, lovely and warm and spotlessly clean. Had a swim every morning as it is adults only 8 till 11am. Used the sauna once which was really hot but that was later in the day as they don't come on till 11am.
Outdoor pool is a lovely size although little bit cold it was ok once you were in and it was early in the year. Had foam party on Friday which was great fun.
Room was a lovely size, view from balcony was amazing, could see the pool , mountains and the sea.
Everything you needed was in the room.
We were half board and have no complaints about the food, always hot and a wide selection. Lovely coffee from the machines.
Hotel is located on a steep hill but for us was no problem, you can go through a lower part to the lifts which takes out the hill.
Prices for food and drink were very reasonable at the hotel and have no complaints.
All In all a great holiday, would recommend this hotel to anyone as we have no complaints at all.

Another lovely stay!
Pros:

This is our 3rd time staying at benalmadena palace and it definitely won’t be the last!

The hotel is spotless, staff are amazing, the food is great, a lovely walk down to the marina and close to the airport!

We can’t wait to come back again next year!

Pros:

La ubicación. Estás a un paseo hacia la playa y sus chiringuitos. Y relativamente cerca de Málaga y Puerto Banús.
Las piscinas exteriores y el spa con todas sus cosas (piscina climatizada, saunas, etc.) Además tienen eventos a diario para adultos y niños. Está todo bien pensado para pasar el día en familia. Tienen gimnasio y salón de juegos infantiles. Y si necesitas trabajar, hay sala de reuniones.

Cons:

Para ser tan grande, a veces dos ascensores se quedan escasos. Hay escaleras pero si vas con carrito o silla hay que tener paciencia. Principalmente si vas en fin de semana.
Aunque el personal es atento, en el desayuno queriendo ser rápidos con la cubertería, ya que hay mucha gente, a veces te quitan las cosas casi sin dejar terminar de comer.

Not the worst, but could be better
Pros:

The hotel was in great proximity to the airport, which was one of the main reasons we chose it, and the overall aesthetics were good. However, our room was built into the roof, which meant we had to continuously contort our necks (this hurt) and also banged our heads a few times. Our balcony view was also impeded because of this. The room and bathroom was clean, but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom for half of our stay, which only fully went after the room was cleaned twice (this included cleaning a mark left previously left from a sink leak or something). The breakfast also was not great. There was thankfully freshly squeezed orange juice, but the other juices were some kind of cheap squash. There was no variation from day to day, which was needed, as the food did not taste that great, especially the sweet items like cakes and biscuits. The fruit was sweet though and there was a wide selection of breads. Having a little shop in the hotel was also handy, and Beny the tiger was a hit with my four-year-old niece. It wasn't the worst, but overall, I don't think I would stay at this hotel again.
