Pros:

Lovely & friendly staff. Nice that there’s entertainment within the hotel. Breakfast is also lovely. Love the few free beverages in the mini fridge on arrival, along with the free glass of Prosecco! Really nice touches. Great location

Cons:

Pool bar only opened at 12 but i understand it is off season. Also the pool is not heated

Mac sempre il top a Benalmadena.
Pros:

Sempre eccellente.
Veniamo sempre qua. Ci troviamo sempre bene.
Area piscina pulitissima, ben esposta, sempre soleggiata con pool bar e lontana dagli sguardi indiscreti del paseo.
Colazione fenomenale. Frutta sempre ottima (la parte più difficile per un albergo).

Spa intima e pulita.

Cons:

Ci vogliono assolutamente le zanzariere alla finestra. La notte fa molto caldo negli appartamenti dell ultimo piano e dormire con la ventola o con il climatizzatore non è salutare. Sarebbe stupendo poter aprire la finestra ma ci vuole la zanzariera.

Nice hotel but did not sleep well due to the air conditioning being so poor.
Pros:

Clean and staff were nice.Good facilities.

Cons:

Air conditioning was insufficent and was turned off at 8.00pm making the room unbearable during the night.

nos han recibido muy bien, habitacion impecable todo perfecto, el bufet muy bueno y bastante variedad, personal muy atentos y amables, pero... hay un pero y tengo que decirlo, yo suelo ir a bastantes spa , vuestro spa es una piscina un tamaño normal para seis personas pero el agua fria, hay dos duchas una no funciona y la otra imposible ponerla en agua templada, o te quenas o pasas frio. . la sauna muy bien grande pero el baño turco solo abrí la puerta y quemaba no pudimos usarla. y lo peor para mi ya que es lo que mas suelo usar fué la ausencia de un jacuci , y yasta no hay nada mas . me pase un rato sentada en la tumbona y no s fuimos pronto . así que no nos gustó el spa. por lo demas todo muy bien y os agradecemos vuestra atencion. insisto el personal muy amable , atentos y servicial, gracias.

Everything about Mac Puerto Marina was exceptional, I could not fault any aspects of the hotel. From been welcomed at the reception on arrival to leaving our whole experience was wonderful. Would definitely go back.
