Ota passi aina mukaan tähän hotelliin kuin rajatarkastuspisteelle!

Erinomainen aamiainen. Perussiisti hiljainen huone. Itikat hieman häiritsivät. Kiva sauna/spa osasto, joka kuului hintaan.

Cons:

Vastaanotto. Olimme varanneet 1 yön pariskuntana akkuja lataamaan perheen, lasten ja työn vastapainoksi. Pääsimme hotelliin velvollisuuksistamme vasta myöhään illalla ja respan henkilökunta ei suostunut majoittumaan koska meillä ei ollut paperista passia mukanaan! Ikään kuin EU:n rajatarkastuspisteelle olisimme tulleet eikä hotelliin. Kaikilla majoitujilla on samanlaiset velvollisuudet - toimittaa passitiedot ja rekisteröinnin viranomaisille. Jos passitiedot ovat tiedossa (vaikka sähköisessä muodossa valokopiona ja ajokortista voi tarkistaa, että henkilöllisyys täsmää) ja niitä ei haluta ottaa, niin kyse on todellakin tyhmästä byrokratiasta ja joustamattomuudesta eikä vieraanvaraisuudesta. Selkkaus respassa pilasi koko käynnin.

Located very close to the Marina, 4 stars but did not meet expectations. A very comfy bed for me.
Pros:

Excellent reception staff, location of hotel suited our needs, Sadly the Spanish weather was not on our side with 4 days of rain out of 5, can not comment on the Spa or pool as we did not use those services. Overall we felt the hotel was a little bit jaded, in our bedroom the furniture draws and the door to the fridge were all a bit hard to open. I would have expected better from a 4 star hotel. Mini fridge with complementary drinks was a nice touch (but we only used water). I have already shared feedback with the Mac hotel and had a nice reply from the manager who will take onboard my previous comments. As for the beds, I suffer with a bad back and was on painkillers for the whole of my trip, but i found the bed mattress very comfortable. The pillows were also great. All the staff were friendly and always seemed busy, especially in the restaurant who kept relaying tables. So overall a nice hotel but not sure we would stay again.

Cons:

We had read previous reviews about the food at the hotel and was expecting it to be better than other spanish buffet hotels we had stayed at, sorry to say it did not live up to our expectations. Yes there are all the usual choices, Cereal, musli, tea, coffee, and then the usual hot food (or should I say warm food options) Luckily there is a microwave which i used daily to warm up the scrambled eggs. The usual streaky bacon with heavy fat content and tough when overcooked. The orange juice was from concentrate and often watery more like squash. (at the dispenser near the eggs). The better machine was by the Milk counter. As for evening meals, we did always manage to find something but overall we were disappointed. I'm sure if you are first in when the restaurant door opens the cooked food will be plentiful and hot, but it's kept under those usual heat lamps and any cooked meats dry out and guests do not help leaving lids off pans,

Schöner Kurzaufenhalt. Top Lage. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Grosses und sauberes Zimmer. Die Terrasse ist top. Leider wollten ‚Leonardo’ und ‚Marta’ nicht, dass wir diese ausgiebig geniessen konnten.
Super nettes Personal 👍

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist super, nur Sonntags war das Brot sehr schnell leer.
