Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und umfangreiches Frühstück. Zimmer gut in Stand gehalten, Flure bedürfen Erneuerung. Etwas abseits gelegen vom Trubel, zu Fuß zum Zentrum in ca. 15 Minuten. Wir waren bereits zum 2. mal hier und kommen sicher mal wieder.

Good location, friendly staff, but poor quality for supposed "4 stars"

Friendly staff, but hotel lacks 4-Star Quality
Pros:

Okay hotel, but not 4-Star Quality. The staff at the desk are great and friendly, but the hotel itself is not at all up to the standards of 4-Star, the cleaners slam doors from 8am which physically shake the bed of any nearby room, there is no soundproofing from the hallway. I discovered 2 ants within 5 minutes of arriving. The furnishings in the room look worse for ware and the "double bed" is just two singles pushed together, meaning there's a noticeable difference in the "middle". I'd be fine with the hotel if it cost less and didn't claim to be 4-star but expectation was set higher than reality unfortunately.

The best hotel simply top quality great value

Everything we liked fantastic room staff friendly, room amazing and the best breakfast everything you could want , presented to a high standard location great easy bus stop 2 min walk into piazza centre .lovely too terrace so relaxing thank-you will highly recommend

Good hotel giving good value
Pros:

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and included most of the facilities you would expect. Very good blackout curtains made the room very dark for sleeping. Comfortable bed and very clean bathroom.

Cons:

There was a minor fault with the sink plug, but no other problems.
