Senkinek nem ajánlom még egy éjszakára sem. Este 8 órakkor érkeztünk meg a hotelba,2 szobát foglaltam ,1 szobát külön ággyal és 1 franciágyas szobát. Amikor megérkeztünk kaptunk 2 szobát külön ággyal (nem összetolható ágyakkal) jeleztem hogy nem ezt foglaltam és olyan szobát szeretnék kapni amiért fizettem a recepciós hölgynek az volt a válasza hogy nem tudja ezt biztosítani mert nincs olyan szabad szobájuk amiben francia ágy van (hetekkel előtte foglaltam szóval nem értem miért adta ki másnak a már kifizetett lefoglalt szobám). Mivel nem volt más opciónk elfogadtuk. Szörnyű szobákat kaptunk. Mind a két szoba koszos és büdös volt. Jeleztük hogy koszos az ágynemű,a recepciós hölgy hozott egy másik ágyneműt ami szintén koszos volt. A légkondicionálót amikor bekapcsoltuk áradt belőle valamilyen nagyon kellemetlen szag,próbáltunk kiszellőztetni de ez sem segített, erre sem kaptunk semmilyen megoldást. A hölgy egy kicsit sem volt segítőkész,szerettünk volna beszélni a hotel managemerrel vagy a hotel tulajdonosával de a recepciós azt monda hogy nem elérhető ilyen személy. Panaszt tettünk a booking ügyfélszolgálaton de ők sem tudtak erre a helyzetre megoldást kínálni. Mivel egyik szoba sem volt alkalmas arra hogy akár egy éjszakát is ott töltsünk és nem kaptunk semmilyen megoldást a problémára kénytelenek voltunk egy másik helyen megszállni. Amikor jeleztük hogy nem maradunk ott és ezért kérnénk vissza a szobára kifizett pénzünket a hölgy vissza utasította ezt mondván nem adhatja vissza a pénzt. Szóval összességében egy nagyon kellemetlen helyzet volt, késő este érkeztünk,kaptunk 2 szörnyű szobát , egyáltalán nem olyat amilyet foglaltunk , a pénzünket sem kaptuk vissza és semmi segítőkészséget sem tapasztaltunk. Nem ajánlom senkinek
