Wouldn't let my dog stay here?

I did not like anything about this facility

Cons:

The beds were stained and had cigarette holes in them, there was brown stuff splattered on the walls in the bathroom area, the hotel general area felt very unsafe. I had traveled nine hours and just wanted a place to relax.And this place was so bad.I had a panic attack and left within thirty minutes. I can't get a refund because booking said they can't come to an agreement with the facility.I would not recommend this place for my dog

Pros:

No breakfast. Checked in came back key wouldn't work someone in our room. We had to stay elsewhere that night. I pre booked and paid for 3 nights. Next morning went back won't give any refunds gave us another room water all over floor. No refunds

Cons:

Everything was a mess no draws in cabnets no bedspreads on the beds air conditioning leaking. Rented my room out after I checked in. Would not give a refund. This place is unexceptable. It was all a run around tring to get a refund.
