Pros:

The overall ambience was great.

Cons:

I would like to bring to your notice and its just not your hotel , its all the hotels and restaurants in India. Please let the ladies in the restaurant or bar be served first as a basic courtesy. It would be nice. Other than this the over all experience has been great . And this was the 2nd time we stayed at your hotel and loved the service. Special thanks to Anthony at the bar who made us feel at home.
Also I would like to add , the sandwiches and the pastry at the breakfast are very dry. Could you kindly look into it.

Pros:

Clean and staff were friendly. I had two tickets sent to me during my stay and I was given updates for both as soon as they were received

Decent value for money
Pros:

Sea view room, spacious, great location just 15 mins from airport (with no traffic), nice pool, friendly staff, decent value.

Cons:

The hotel was pretty old and tired looking.
