Nice location by the beach would stay here again and recommend
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay, room siz was perfect would choose beach facing next time. Location is perfect only about 15 to 20 mins from the airport, with Juhu Beach just behind the hotel. Good breakfast nice choice of food. Very friendly and polite staff.

Hotel around the corner from Juhu Beech. Before 12pm, nice a quite, sea drowns the traffic beeping
Pros:

Breakfast, very nice, good selection - omelettes, masala puris, masala tea, masala tea, nice and hot all the time unlimited.

Room is adequate size, nice to rest and ac with fan. Bathroom ok size.

Room has empty fridge, works.

2nd time here in 2 years.

Memorable stay at Ramada Plaza
Pros:

I truly enjoyed my stay at Ramada Plaza. What I liked the most was the delicious buffet breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options and was beautifully arranged. The staff's hospitality was exceptional, each and every staff member made us feel warmly welcomed and completely at home. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made the experience even more special and memorable.
Specially, my kids and my elderly mother enjoyed the stay very much. The comfortable atmosphere and caring nature of the staff made it a pleasant and relaxing experience for every member of our family. It was truly a memorable visit for all of us.

Great location! Everything so nearby..staff were excellent with their service.. so thorough and committed..

Bit disappointed with the mattress.. so soft and very uncomfortable.. the shower room could also do with bit of renovation..

Showed no effort to engage with customers.
No politeness.
No friendliness.

Did not check on customers to enquire if they needed anything.

Facilities was very old.
They should have invested in refurbishment.

No Cleanliness.
There was a cocroach on the bed on the second day of our stay.

The shower was broken. Housekeeping couldn't fix it. We had to fix it ourselves.
