A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a conveniently located hotel.
Pros:

The location is superb. The room was quiet and there was a fan to help cool it down a bit in the heat. There was somewhere to sit comfortably in the room. Staff were pleasant and polite. When I reported a problem with a light, it was fixed the same day.

Cons:

Staff spoke very quietly and it was hard to hear them. The information at and about breakfast varied depending on which member of staff was there at the time.

Nice hotel in great location
Pros:

Very helpful staff prior to arrival answering a few questions we had
Our room wasn’t ready on arrival but we were able to use the public restrooms to freshen up after our journey before heading out
We returned back to the hotel at 1:30am to “check in” again very helpful staff. They had taken our luggage into our room ready for us. We had a triple room which was on the lower ground floor and it was huge. An extra large double bed - must have been a super king & the 3rd bed was a nice 3/4 size. I was worried it would be a squeeze for a triple room but it was extremely generous in size.
Plenty of toiletries provided & it was fab to find 2 fans in the wardrobe given we have an unusual heatwave.
Excellent location near Russell Square underground, a nice park nearby and the street is very pleasant. Will definately stay again

Goed gelegen maar niet klimaatbestendig
Pros:

Het hotel is goed gelegen, met 2 metrostations binnen de 500m. De straat is autoluw

Cons:

Er was geen airco en zelfs met het venster open en een ventilator konden we de temperatuur niet voldoende naar beneden krijgen. En dat was dan in de week nà de hittegolf...

Klima yok, oda sıcaktı fan verdiler ama pek işe yaramadı. Bir de oda çok küçüktü, buzdolabında yoktu. 4 yıldızlı otelden de buzdolabı bekleriz

Pros:

Great location for where we needed to be. Mostly friendly staff, some a little brusque. Rooms large enough and clean. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

No air-conditioning in the rooms. Temperatures brutal outside and also inside. One small fan made no difference.

Overpriced for the facilities available.

Rooms a little shabby - leaks in the ceiling of the bathroom, limescale on the shower fittings. Could use a face-lift.

Przyzwoity hotel w centrum w dobrej cenie
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna! Mieści się on na niedużej, spokojnej ulicy, na której jest wiele podobnych hoteli i może dlatego jest tam cicho i bezpiecznie, a jednocześnie blisko do większości atrakcji jakie oferuje Londyn. Mieliśmy pokój 304 dwuosobowy na trzecim piętrze, przestronny z wygodnym, dużym łóżkiem. Na wyposażeniu jest suszarka do włosów, ręczniki, papier toaletowy, szampony, odżywki do włosów i body lotion-w małych buteleczkach. Jest również czajnik(uwaga-schowany w szafce za drzwiami), filiżanki i zapas herbat, kawy rozpuszczalnej, mleczka i cukru. W pokoju nie ma klimatyzacji, ale jest wiatrak i można również otworzyć okna. W hotelu jest winda. Śniadania kontynentalne, które mieliśmy w cenie rezerwacji są naprawdę w porządku. Jest ser żółty (różne rodzaje), salami, szynka, jajka na twardo, pomidory, ogórki, camembert, kilka rodzajów dżemów w małych słoiczkach, miód, masło, płatki, musli, jogurty, owoce, ciasteczka francuskie jeszcze ciepłe, bułeczki pszenne i można również poprosić o zrobienie tostów- do wyboru chleb biały lub ciemny. Przychodziliśmy o różnych godzinach i nigdy niczego nie brakowało(śniadanie są między godziną 7-10). Naprawdę można ze smakiem zjeść dobre śniadanie i ruszać na zwiedzanie Londynu. Za dopłatą można mieć śniadanie angielskie na ciepło, jeśli komuś byłoby mało. Obsługa w recepcji bardzo miła i bez problemu pozwalają na zostawienie bagażu na przechowanie, jeśli jest taka potrzeba, co jest dużym plusem. W tej cenie myślę, że trudno byłoby znaleźć równie dobry hotel. Nam się bardzo podobało i chętnie zatrzymamy się tam ponownie:)

Cons:

W łazience bateria przy umywalce i prysznicu jest trochę zużyta i nie działa idealnie, ale nie jest to duży problem. Dla niektórych, mniej sprawnych osób wejście do wanny może być trochę problematyczne, ale to są takie drobne niuanse, które nam akurat nie przeszkadzały:)

Great location, but the room was "tired"
Pros:

Excellent location - right next to British Museum.
20 minute walk to Euston Station, Covent Garden and Soho.
24 hour front desk

Cons:

The room was "tired" and the carpet needed a wash.
The bathroom uses the annoying old fashioned fiddly little bottles of body wash
No air conditioning

Great location, check in only ok, room allocated at lower ground level and should have been specified at booking.
Pros:

Location was excellent, a series of related terraced properties under the brand

Cons:

Common area off reception & check in requires investment in seating…couches and soft chairs had feathers visible —unsure whether covers were being cleaned.

Great hotel, location and staff
Pros:

The hotel is excellent. The room was spacious and sparkling clean, perfect for a short stay. Great location, next to the British museum and Russel square, plenty of restaurants around and very good public transport connections to King's cross, Euston and downtown. The staff was terrific (many thanks to Oksana for the smooth check-in and the tips!). Very good breakfast too. Will definitely come back.

Cons:

Nothing to mention, we enjoyed our stay.
