Good hotel and great location.
Pros:

Really good hotel and lovely and good sized room. Superb location for the NCP car park and the theatres as well. Definitely recommend.

Cons:

The bed was a bit lumpy but we slept well. There were some new mattresses delivered while we were there so this comment might not be relevant.

La posizione era comoda per quel che cercavo ed è il motivo per cui ci sono stata spesso ma ormai la qualità è peggiorata

Cons:

Pulizia pessima, stanza angusta, ma soprattutto LA COLAZIONE ERA SERVITA A TRE HOTEL DI DISTANZA nella stessa via. Una cosa che ho trovato assurda.

Very neat, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Every bath and shower I took for the time I was there was cold. There was no hot water.

Would stay again. Wished we’d booked longer.
Pros:

Location for our needs. upgraded room quiet and bath tub. Staff pleasant, efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Cobwebs in coving in room. Gin served in a pint glass. Bar facilities limited.

Good but room for improvement
Pros:

Location, staff, comfortable room and continental breakfast is good.

Cons:

Room electrics are old style so no mobile phone charging sockets are provided.
Breakfast is not available within the hotel, breakfast is provided in a neighbouring hotel.
The hotel cannot cope during the peak period in both the number of tables available and the quantity of food for the numbers eating breakfast.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut über zwei Ubahn Stationen erreichbar. (Holborn bzw. Russell Square)
Mehrere Parks sind in der Nähe, genauso wie Geschäfte bzw. Restaurants (Ich habe die hauseigenen Angebote nicht wahrgenommen, da ich fast nur unterwegs war)

The staff were really warm and welcoming

Cons:

It’s a bit outdated, our bed sheets had blood stains on them. Room was crazy hot all through the night.
