Failed to meet industry standards

Cons:

TV was fading. The lift wasn’t working. Having checked in early when i came back at three pm i was told i had to wait for six people to be processed before i could collect my room key and pick up my luggage. As a 76 y.o. Walking with a cane, this was totally unsuccessful.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable and the location is next to the British Museum and a 15 minute walk from Covent Garden. The rooms are huge and have nice views. Exceptional staff and they even looked after our luggage all day foc. Would recommend. Many thanks.

Vi kommer inte att boka detta hotell igen.
Cons:

Fruktansvärt varmt i hela hotellet, det fanns ingen A/C.
Vi fick stopp i en toalett. Personalen sa att de skulle fixa det dagen efter! Uselt. Vi fick tillgång till ett närliggande rum att använda toaletten i.
Nattpersonalen var överhuvudtaget inte tillmötesgående.

Luxurious stay in a central location

The centrality and ease at which to get to the hotel from the train station, was perfect. Veronika helped us and was very friendly and kind in approach. The room was big and luxurious.

Ideal y céntrico para hacer turismo
Pros:

Nos permitieron dejar las maletas en consigna sin sobrecoste, tanto a la entrada como a la salida. El personal muy amable. La ubicación era innmejorable, al lado del Museo Británico y muy cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas de la ciudad.

Cons:

El único inconveniente es que el wifi no llegaba bien a nuestra habitación y se perdía la conexión.
