Pros:

We loved the location and our room was just recently remodeled it was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was very clean. The breakfast for having construction going on was perfect for us. We have no complaints. We will be staying here next year on our way back from the south.

Pros:

Have stayed here 1 night a month for the last few months, each stay was good. Beds are comfortable and we sleep well here. Renovation is winding down, so breakfast is back. Nice variety of items offered, hot items as well as standard continental fare. Love the smart tv's in the rooms that allow you to sign into your streaming services and sign you out automatically when you leave. Also love the advanced tech to check in remotely and choose your room. Hotel is always clean and has easy access to I-81. Sorry to see prices go up as the reno winds down

It was ok

Cons:

The toilet in our room plugged up and I called the front desk to have someone come to take care of it. The front desk brought up a plunger and I had to do it myself. Also, our plans had changed and we checked out after our first night before checkout time and was told since I paid through a third party, booking.com they couldn’t refund me the second night. I chatted with the AI chat which told me to contact the hotel and I called them again and was told the same thing again. So I ended up paying for 2 nights and only staying one.

Pros:

Despite the renovations, the hotel was very clean. The customer service was excellent and the room was very nice. I loved the added touch of my name on the TV screen. It really made me feel welcome.

Perfect for our in and out stay
Pros:

It was perfect for our stay, located a hop off 81. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars across, is that it is under Reno ( which we knew). The construction crew was very low profile and you wouldn’t have known they were there had the lobby not been removed. Friendly staff coming and going. Breakfast was there but probably not your typical at this time. Plenty of other places to eat right by.

Another great visit
Pros:

We stay at this hotel a few times a year because my brother lives nearby. On our most recent visit their website said there were renovations going on which did give us pause but it turned out to be no problem at all.

The work takes place between 8 and 3:30. Every worker we ran into was polite. There was no excessive noise at all. The breakfast area was blocked off so the hotel made use of the business area to put breakfast items out, it worked out fine.

All the staff is great but I do want to shout out Corey, who does a fantastic job.

Everything was fine except for whatever loud thing that was humming all night and sounded like galloping horses. Staff was awesome and everything was clean. Just no idea what that sound was
