This hotel is just what I needed: peaceful, quiet, and homey. The fact that it is right across from Walmart is a bonus. The hotel's generosity with the refreshments (the popcorn and the water with lemon in the lobby) made me feel right at home. I stayed on the fourth floor and the noise level was non existent. The pool and the exercise rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room was attractive and clean. The front desk staff is alert and friendly.
Wonderful hotel, great room set up, nice fluffy towels, very clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Would highly recommend.
Located in a business section, nestled in a quiet area off the main road. The staff were welcoming and helpful. When we got to the room it was immaculate. Very roomy and plenty of space . We got. The king suite. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed.
The lobby was a great area to sit and talk and play cards, and it was even better when we went to breakfast. They serve a great display of a healthy and satisfying breakfast for adults and kids. The pool was a hit with the kids! Great value for a weekend stay.
We enjoyed our weekend
It is a lovely place to stay. Convenient location to cafes and gas stations. There is a Wal Mart close so you can pick up incedentals you may have forgotten. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast has something for everyone.
Kitchen stuff was very accommodating to our food restrictions. They prepared Special gluten-free vegan plates for us for breakfast which we really appreciated. Staff was very polite friendly. There was always enough fresh fruits available.
They over chrge for what it is and where it is, and are not very good at what they do. The staff did not know the rules of the game, and they were ingornat of taking care of their customer need - they would not provide housekeeping for the three days we stayed and gave no points in return even tho they said they would. The front desk manager Liz is uncooperative and they don't know how to train their staf.
The people at the front desk were the best. Israel and John are very helpful and address issues.
They double billed me and also there’s a charge on there for $122 and change that I still don’t have an answer to. In essence I was billed five times from them for a two day stay.
The room was spacious and clean, excellent saff, hotel centrally located. The breakfast was good i definitely would recommend to anyone .Going back soon
Didn't get to go in the pool because of some incident that happened it was up and running when I checked out.
Location, staff, amenities.
Mattress was terrible, pillows wete worse. Several things in the room did not function as designed. No oven hood light, bedroom.dpor latch wasn't installed correctly, leaving doors to resist shutting.
No chairs in the room aside from kitchen bar heights when couch extended into bed.
The staff was not only helpful but also thoughtful. I have stayed here before and plan to stay here again when I am in the area visiting the world headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Dominic at the front desk is a hero. My microwave was broken and he saw to it that my Hot Pocket got cooked. Give the man a raise!
Very good hotel, clean and staff very friendly. The AC at the breakfast area was broken which caused some issues, specially because was a extreme hot week. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, we don't recommend not even for small children. Breakfast variety was standard.
I love the Hyatt House chain the facilities are usually top-notch and the breakfast above most other hotel chains.
The room itself was much smaller than other Hyatt House room types that we had the king suite with sofa bed and kitchen. The layout had the living area angled really weird where it was really tough to pull out the sofa bed where the TV was angled in a corner. The kitchen appliances appear older but they all worked to satisfaction. What I did not like it was even though I made notes for a lower floor close to an elevator we wound up on the third floor about a quarter mile from the elevator which made it difficult for my husband to walk with a cane long distances. Other than that the desk staff went above and beyond to try and accommodate us on a lower floor but after that and getting everything into the room on the third floor we didn't want to drag everything out to move to a lower floor at that point. The breakfast well good could not compare to other Hyatt House facilities we've stayed at particularly Hyatt House Allentown Lehigh Valley. I would give that one a 10 plus where at this location the choices were very limited and being gluten free there were hardly any options that I could eat.
Clean, comfortable and near everything.
Didn’t have room type as booked.
