Overall my stay was very good and I would recommend.
Pros:

Clean and tidy, my bedroom was excellent and the staff were fantastic, this was my second stay at the hotel and both times excellent.

Cons:

I had one meal in the hotel restaurant and although it was good I didn’t think it was worth the price which was quite expensive.

Couldn't have been happier
Pros:

We had no complaints. The hotel was spotlessly clean and everyone we dealt with at the hotel couldn't have been more friendly, pleasant and gracious, nothing was too much trouble. After our first night, we asked to change room, just out of a matter of preference, and there was absolutely no problem. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Great location, the short walk to the centre is nice and that way you are not surraunded with crolwds and noise.
Comfy bed, a bit too soft but good. Stunnig view from the restaurant on brekfast! Beatiful interior!

Cons:

THe brekfast was bellow averrage! Does not respond to the 4 star hotel the quality of the pastry - cold croissants and not great choice....Though there was an omlette chef on duty!
Pricie parking, although you are not in the centre, but it is common for the area...

Attention to detail and a warm welcome.
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel recently and were very impressed. Everything about our stay was lovely.
The room was spacious and had a desk and chairs, the bathroom was very well furnished and stocked with toiletries and the bed was roomy and comfortable.
Everything about the hotel was impressive, sparkling clean and well maintained and decorated. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming.
The lifts were much appreciated, especially from the road level up to reception. The attendant was so helpful and friendly. It made arriving at the hotel feel very welcoming.
The food was very good with a varied range at breakfast. We were staying half board and we really appreciated the variety and imaginative approach of the chef at each evening meal. There was always a good variety of choice and the three courses were wonderful each day.
We honestly couldn’t fault the hotel. There were plenty of places to sit outside in the sun, with a variety of terraces, chairs, tables, loungers and little corners in which to sit and admire the view. The view from the evening dining room was spectacular, with the twinkling lights of Sorrento below.
We loved walking around Sorrento, which was about ten minutes walk away. We took three of the hotel recommended trips and enjoyed each one, which revealed a different aspect of the history and splendour of this beautiful part of Italy.
We would unreservedly recommend the hotel and the area.
