Days Inn by Wyndham Lolo / Missoula Area

This has to be the worst hotel experience we have ever had in 33 years of active traveling. We usually stay with Marriott hotels for their consistent high quality, but due to a concert in Missoula every hotel was full. It is hard to belief that Wyndham would have this place under their umbrella. When checking in, another traveler came down the stairs and said to me “Did she tell you there’s no hot water? She told me after I checked in.” I looked at her and she sneered that she was going to tell me. I inquired as to when the hot water would be restored, and in a very rude voice said that she was told it might be restored tomorrow. Since there were no other hotels available, we decided to stay. The front desk clerk continued to be nasty as she had been from the moment I walked up to her, the keys wouldn’t work for room, I had to go back to her twice, while she remained talking on the phone. The bathroom in the room had a strong scent of urine, the bathtub had brown stains in it, and there were many other shabby features ofthis “premium“ room. Please steer clear of this hotel. I plan to steer clear of all Wyndham and Days Inn facilities from now until forever after this experience.

The room was perfect and cozy. I felt just right at home. The location was near a washer and dryer and a great gas station. The breakfast was amazing and worth the value. The noise was perfect and allowed for a great sleep. The room was clean and enjoyed great service.

Very clean. The room was nice and made me feel safe. Staff was efficient and nice. Quick check in without a reservation. If I was forced to come up with something that wasn't perfect, and this is personal choice, I would have preferred the option of real butter rather than margarine spray, but the breakfast was nice.

Clean rooms, towels a little thin, pillows too fluffy for me and staff were friendly. It was a good place to stay for the night as we passed through the area.

The room was nice and the people running the hotel were great. They had a great breakfast.

Checked in April 13, 2026 at 4pm. In room 102 found feces on underside and top of toilet seat. Requested room change. Then found dirty towels in room 111. Decided not to stay at facility and requested refund. Booking.com and property management said $81 refund not justified and Instead issued $11 travel voucher. Horrible customer service. Stay at Days Inn Wyndham properties at your own risk, especially in Lolo, MT.

What do you go to a hotel for? A good nights sleep, a shower and breakfast. The furnace turned on and off every 10 minutes, so you couldn't get to sleep, the water for the shower was cold and the water to brush your teeth was warm, and the breakfast was marginal at best. The gal at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, however, when I made the reservation - evidently through a third party - I requested a handicapped accessible room and one was not available. Sadly, I cannot give it a better review. We won't be staying there again and I'm not able to recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable, clean, great breakfast options and WONDERFUL front desk staff. Every employee we met was the best! Definitely would stay here again!

For the cost of the room and our expectations, it was excellent

Place was clean. Bed was sleepable. So, we settled in, slept hard and got on our way. We'll stay there again when we're back in the area overnight.
They ended up booked out for the night... Packed house wasn't planned for as well as it could have been, so, breakfast was a bit sit and wait. It would have been a 5 star visit, but they ran out of coffee, and we all know the world runs on Dunkin or whatever else we can get. I should have brought my receipt back to get reimbursed for the one I got down the street. But the staff was lovely under the circumstances so I didn't want to take it out on them.
The important thing was the room was clean and the bed wasn't bad. It's dated but cared for. I've slept in too many others that this one I can forgive the coffee thing.

Breakfast was very good, ran out of coffee. Area was very crowded as there was alot of people at the hotel

No eggs for breakfast., other than that not bad. Our room was 1st room as you came in right behind staff office. The door bell rang all night constantly waking us up, we got very little sleep. I complained when I checked out and was told only the owner could issue a credit.

Half the lights and outlets in the room did not work. There was trash left in the bathroom trash can and the owner was unwilling to reimburse an accidental reservation when we still stayed at the establishment a day early.

Needs major updating, bed was sagging, too soft and needs to be replaced. Not the cleanest, shower drain was getting backed up and no stopper in the sink. Noisy all night we slept maybe an hour!

Stayed for 3 nights, when we checked in we informed front desk we have a little dog. Rep stated it's $20 PER Night which I was surprised at. I understand $20 for our stay, but Per night!!! The front desk rep stated that it was a deposit, which I took would be refunded on the difference. Didn't happen. $60 extra I believe is a bit high. This isn't a 5 star hotel, but is the most I have ever paid for our small pet.

Not a good breakfast

Room was dirty. The bed dust ruffle was dirty, torn and on the floor. No towels. For the price it was a big disappointment.
