hotel great. Booking.com needs to update property amenities - i specifically sort for hot tubs

Cons:

I specifically booked 3 different Comfort Suites using Booking.com while on our 4 week travels. Your website showed hot tubs on properties and not one had a hot tub! I understand many hotels are getting away from hot tubs, but this was why i booked there so that i could use the hot tub for therapuetic reasons. This was very frustrating to have repeatedly happen.

Great space, but loud noise wise!
Pros:

Location was great, size of the rooms was perfect for our family of 6 we all had a bed to sleep in. Bathroom was remodeled and amazing. Was sad breakfast started at 7 so we missed it and did not get to swim due to time constraints but I will say it didn’t smell, everything was clean, and my only complaint was how thin the walls and floors are.

Cons:

The floors and walls are PAPER thin. While checking in I could hear elephants above me. Little did I know I had to make my children sit because even walking was extremely loud. I bring with me a turbo fan and a noise machine so I was able to sleep still, but I feel for those who didn’t have these. Although, the other patrons were respectful as well. The pull out couch could be upgraded, but no complaints from my kids about it.
