It is a hotel with spotless, perfect location and very sweet employees 🙏
Pros:

Especially the staff is welcoming and polite. The property was so clean 🙏 it was very important for me.

Cons:

There was an area, like a cafe on the terrace. I don’t know if it’s because no one went, but it wasn’t used. I would like to have a drink and sit there. Still, no one will say anything to you take something and go upstairs. There are tables and chairs.

Great Hotel!
Pros:

Hotel Murillo was a great hotel to stay in during our stay in Sevilla! The staff were so warm and friendly, and were so helpful in suggesting activities for us to do. The hotel was quiet and the atmosphere was so cozy

The location of the hotel is amazing too, about a 5-10min walk from all of the major sights to see! Our room was spacious enough for two and clean, we felt so so comfortable staying there!

I’d highly recommend anyone coming to Sevilla to stay here, definitely and 10/10 for us!

The location and price are very well-balanced.
Pros:

Even though the ceiling of our room was leaking a bit, they resolved the issue politely and graciously, and made up for it with a small gesture :)

A perfect stay we would happily repeat!
Pros:

We did a road trip trough Andaluzia, and this was one of our favorite hotels during our trip. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a short walk from most of Seville’s main attractions. The neighborhood has a wonderful atmosphere, full of charming streets, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a lovely small balcony. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, both at the reception, cleaning and in the breakfast area.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Everything was great.
