I paid €500 for three nights which is not good enough to expect!when I leave the staf ignor customer

I like when i complain too noisy they fix it straight way!good job!I like the bus is close to hotel NO5 is very convenient to go to airport or go to city Venice!

Cons:

I don’t like the equipment like swimming poor couldn’t use it and not notice customer!I don’t like no shop around the hotel late time not convenient at all!it’s very dark at night to go out no traffic light around!I don’t like the past time stuff like gym or some nice area to sit down!

The main issue that let this hotel down was the inability to warm our room. The shower was also difficult. It was either

Location was good for the airport and the shuttle bus was handy - although not free. The breakfast spread was good although not free.

Cons:

Apparently the heating is turned off at certain times of the year and cannot be turned back on???? Our room was cold and we were told that the heating could not be turned on. Hot shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold and no amount of adjusting the tap would help. It seemed to fluctuate with the varying water pressure.
