Only issue was the hot water in the shower, it was suddenly go to boiling hot then move to freezing, so unable to have a proper shower

Comfortable, well-located hotel near the airport,with excellent service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every aspect of it. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional.

The location is excellent, very close to the airport (about a 15-minute walk). If you have suitcases, it is more convenient to order the hotel shuttle (15–20 €). The bus stop to Venice is also nearby, just a 5-minute walk away. Everything was well organized, quiet, and relaxing—exactly what I was looking for. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. A good breakfast was served.

My stay was only one night due to a late arrival, but I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be very happy to stay here again in the future.

Extremely pleasant staff, clean, simple rooms , in a nice countryside location despite being close to the airport and Venice city
