Cons:

The hotel was out of water due to a water main break. They did nothing to assist us in finding another hotel when we arrived. Wound up costing us $100 more and difficult to find a room. So there

Ich habe 8 Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt .. mir sind aber nur 6 Zimmer bereit gestellt worden .. unverschämt .. musste 2 Zimmer zu erhöhten Preisen kaufen …aussage: klären die das mit booking.com !!!

Find another place and don’t waste your money
Pros:

I read other reviews about “renovation” and mistakenly thought we would be ok here - I don’t know what got renovated. Broken face plates in multiple locations, elevator barely worked (and felt like it might break down any second), ice machines barely produced ice (had to go to multiple locations just to fill bucket), floors uneven and sloped feeling. Had ONE broken down luggage cart for entire hotel. This place is really in poor shape.

Staff were nice and seemed as dismayed by management’s lack of attention as I was.

Cons:

Pool and other areas were under construction and we were offered to get refund and go to another hotel. Too much hassle to do that. Room was ok, but hotel needs updating. Luggage cart was awful. I didn't really care to hear a cat meowing...didn't realize animals would be on our floor. With allergies to cats, I should have moved when offered...

It was okay even though they were under renovation.

Cons:

They were under renovation and the amount I paid was not adequate. They should have let me know as soon as I made the reservation. Not tell until I was checking in.
