Komfortowe, przyjemnie miejsce!
Pros:

Obiekt spełnił oczekiwania na 10! Personel uprzejmy i pomocny, pokoje zgodne z opisem, odpowiednio duże. Sam budynek willi przepiękny, ogród daje możliwość wypoczynku. Śniadanie było bardzo bogate i smaczne.

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, at front desk and in restaurant. Room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Quite inconvenient to get into Florence (expensive taxi since hotel's shuttle wasn't running). Restaurant's food was hit or miss, and expensive for what it was.

The building and the gardens are very nice.

Cons:

The distance from the city center is about 5km. and despite the information given, there was no shuttle bus!
Taxi costs about 25-30 euros. The heating of the room was insufficient.

Location -20 minutes by car to Florence, it is impossible to get there without a car. There is a large building 100 metres from the hotel, obviously a shopping centre, so there is no need to talk about some interesting location. We stayed for 3 nights because we didn't want to carry things again, but we should have.

Cons:

The most important thing is that the hotel staff stole 900 euros from the locked safe, the money was recalculated and put in the safe, when we were about to leave, the pack did not have enough of this amount. The lady at the reception volunteered to call the police, but even her manager doubted the truth of our claims, they didn't even waste time. You can't prove anything, there are no cameras anywhere in the corridors. So it was very unpleasant! As always, the money was debited twice, in the evening before departure and in the morning. The amount was returned only for the next day. They also asked me to pay a tip, it's very strange, this is the first time I've seen this! This was particularly outrageous after the incident with the safe. In general, I do not recommend, and do not call the values in the safe! 😥 и

La literie pourrait être considérablement améliorer.
La salle de bain est très mal équipée. Une baignore balnéo dans laquelle l'ergonomie ne permet pas de s'allonger. Donc inutilisable en tant que baignoire.
