Pros:

Villa Olmi has so much charm. What immediately drew me in was its authentic, timeless character and the beautiful atmosphere of a traditional Tuscan villa. The property has a real sense of identity and so much potential.

My daughter absolutely loved the pool, and I have to say that the entire property was spotlessly clean. The hotel itself was extremely well maintained, and there is really nothing negative to say about the cleanliness.

The customer service was also excellent. The staff were attentive, welcoming and genuinely available whenever we needed anything. You really feel taken care of throughout your stay.

And the garden is simply beautiful. It’s one of those places where you can slow down, enjoy the surroundings and really appreciate the beauty of the property.

That being said, I do feel that a few elements could be improved to better reflect the elegance and overall aesthetic of the hotel. The breakfast, in particular, doesn’t quite match the beauty of the property. The presentation and overall setup could be much more refined and thoughtfully curated. With a little more attention to detail, the breakfast experience could feel much more elevated.

I also think the gym would benefit from an upgrade, both in terms of equipment and overall atmosphere, to feel more in line with the standard of the hotel.

Finally, I think the amenities could be more generous, especially considering the positioning of the property. A wider selection of thoughtful, high-quality amenities would add another layer to the guest experience.

Overall, Villa Olmi is a beautiful property with so much character. The setting, the gardens, the cleanliness, the pool and especially the service are real highlights. I simply think that a few thoughtful upgrades could bring the entire experience to the same level as the beauty and charm of the hotel itself.

Fabulous hotel. Highly recommended. Will return for sure.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property. Well maintained gardens. Staff extremely helpful. Room was fabulous. We had room 404 which is in a separate building and had great views. Despite the heat, the room AC was really good. Excellent breakfast.

La villa de 1782 est un bijou de décors et d'objets anciens.

Incredible, comfortable and memorable!
Pros:

The character, the service, the facilities, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the grounds were so well kept and beautiful. The restaurant and bar by the pool had a great selection!

Cons:

The only thing is the shuttle could have been more frequent and returning back to the hotel later as going out for dinner means you need an uber back which are pricey in italy

It was lovely to stay just a quick taxi ride from the city, but to have garden space and quiet and a beautiful pool. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very relaxing, would definitely stay here again.
