Pros:

The water pressure was great and the location was good for what we needed

Cons:

There was a mess up with my reservation due to someone being place in my assigned room which lost my reservation in the system which meant they were unable to see my booking at all , I didnt appreciate that I only know this information because I overheard the receptionists talking, nothing was explained to me and there was no compensation offered for their mess up

Unterm Strich viel zu teuer

Großes Zimmer, Bad und Bett. Blick auf grünen Hinterhof. Hotel mit altmodischem Charme.

Cons:

24 h Lärm durch vermutlich Wasserrohre. Schimmelige Fugen im Bad, viele in reparierte Beschädigungen. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Der Hammer: Im Zentrum von London, im Herzen Englands zahlt man für ein "English Breakfast" extra!? Was ich in jedem Hotel, das ich bislang auf dem Kontinent besucht habe, als Selbstverständlichkeit bekommen habe!? Bacon, Würstchen, Ei in jeder Form ist Standard allüberall, aber am englischsten aller Orte zahle ich dafür drauf!? Dazu ist das "Continental Breakfast" in der Auswahl so spärlich, dass man sich für den Übernachtungspreis echt schämen sollte.

Everything was exceptional size of room bathroom location etc

Cons:

Mattress was far too hard was like sleeping on concrete for the price paid breakfast should have been included apart from that it was a first class property and I would return again.

I never stayed because it was so awful
Pros:

I left the hotel as soon as I got there because the facilities were not fit for humans.

Cons:

Air conditioning is a must in these times. It is not ok for a hotel in this modern age to be without it. Add to that windows that you aren’t able yo open!

Hotel generally quite good
Pros:

Location and breakfast where good, bit of confusion as to what hotel we where in when we arrived, finally got there at the third attempt!

Cons:

Tv was a bit small, and lift wasn’t working!

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones.
Pros:

La ubicación fantástica, la habitación muy espaciosa, el barrio muy lindo y tranquilo y tener una cocinita con microondas fue muy práctico! A dos cuadras del metro.

Le pondría una mesa mas alta para que sea mas cómodo comer, pero como un detalle nomas.

fijne locatie, dicht bij metro en buslijnen, op loopafstand van British Museum en voldoende eetgelegenheden in de directe nabijheid

Cons:

airco op de kamers zou fijn zijn geweest. het was erg warm in London en een kamer aan de voorzijde direct onder het platte dak is dan toch minder aangenaam. daar konden de mensen van het hotel niets aan doen. maar voor de toekomst is een airco aan te bevelen.

Hot weekend in Londin hotter 'cold' water
Pros:

Location was good for a short break including theatre visit

Cons:

No cold water in the room. The cold water tap ran hot. We visited during heatwave and this made showers uncomfortable as water was extremely hot. Had to buy bottled water to clean teeth and use for kettle.
Staff said maintenance would investigate but it did not happen.
No air con in room fan provided.
Room was very hot but not as hot as the cold water
