Pros:

Very good place, calm and beautiful! The hotel is old but very comfortable, the mini fridge and microwave is a life saver! Very convenient! Overhaul a good price x benefit for sure!

Pros:

Big spacious room, central location without being in the hussle making it quiet in the rooms.

Cons:

The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on a door, the breakfast was at a different hotel down the road and was only continental.

Excellent location, walking distance to Covent Garden, gorgeous room and a warm welcome
Pros:

Loved the location, loved our deluxe suite (it was huge!) and we loved the welcome when we arrived.

Cons:

The shower we had was not 100% - the water pressure was great and it was generally clean, but I didn’t want to touch the bath mat they provided as it looked a bit dirty

We're planning to return.
Pros:

The area is convenient - close to public transport, museums, Oxford Street, peaceful green squares, good pubs and restaurants. The university and its students add to the atmosphere.
My friend and I were given adjoining rooms which we appreciated.

Cons:

I would have liked to stay longer.

Goed voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

Vlakbij Underground, rustige buurt, paar leuke pubs en restaurants. Behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer.

Cons:

Klein doolhof in hotel. TV kon iets groter wegens grote kamer. Voor de rest niets op te merken.

La ubicación es excelente, las instalaciones y habitación con impecable limpieza, personal atento en todo momento, repetiría nuevamente sin problemas, la habitación bien equipada incluso con cocinas para hacer café y alguna comida rapida, muy grata sorpresa

The actual stay was poor because of bed pillows and dust
Pros:

Bed mattress was so uncomfortable. Pillows were lumpy. No plug in the bath.

Crashing and banging outside door on both nights (around 4am). Very bad night sleep both nights because of the above.

Blocked nose in room which is usually brought on by dust mites. Nose clear when not in room.

Staff were extremely friendly. 5 * staff

Cons:

Beds pillows and a good hoover.
