The hotel is fully smoked up, all the rooms, the reception, the breakfast room, please aware it if you have smoke allergy, travel with kids, and want stay in healthy and safe environment, the stuff truly wanted to help, but the administration is to confident they have lots of tourist and they don’t want to care about the health of visitors.

We stayed in a triple room and whilst it was not the largest space, we were comfortable enough. Air con was excellent. Great shower and lovely complimentary products provided. The staff are polite, courteous and went above and beyond.
We stayed in a room on the ground floor and there was a loud repetitive mechanical banging sound throughout the night into the early hours.
Toilet facilities in the general lobby area could do with a refresh.
The location is the only thing
Extremely disappointing stay. This is nowhere near a 4-star hotel and I honestly would not recommend it.
The room was old, very small despite booking a Deluxe Double Room, with outdated furniture. The mattress was terrible, you could clearly feel the springs in your back. To make matters worse, I found a cockroach in the room.
The lobby was frequently occupied by drunk guests playing loud music late into the evening, making it impossible for families to sit or relax. The staff completely ignored the situation and made no effort to deal with it.

Very good location, Metro station was nearby. Very easy to get around.
Dated furniture, blackout curtains let’s too much light in the room, quite dusty room,broken tiles in bathroom, poor quality shampoo and shower, no hooks to hang hand towels, couldn’t open the balcony door, old fashioned air-conditioning blowing too much. Room was very small.
The location was perfect as it was near to a tube station, Kensington park and Hyde park. The entrance was lovely and clean, and the staff were welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom were clean.
The room was a lot smaller than expected, considering we booked a superior double room. We thought it was getting a little better when we saw there as a balcony outside of the doors, however you could not open the doors/windows more than a few centimetres. The bed was also of a poor standard and for 2 people, we completely sunk into the middle.

Breakfast was very average and I wished I had saved the money and had breakfast from one of the many cafes around the area.
The location is excellent. You have everything around the hotel, bus stop, tube station, shops, pharmacies, pubs, cafes etc.

Very good location, just a few minutes' walk from two Tube stations, supermarkets, and restaurants. Lush, green and rather posh neighbourhood very close to the beautiful Kensington Gardens. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The AC worked very well in the hot June days.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nicely located from the underground and Hyde Park. The breakfast was nice (a mix of savory and sweet). The room was very cosy and the staff were awsome.
Everything was nice but if I had to say one thing is that the room is a tiny bit small but neither the less it was fine for a solo traveller.
