Will not stay again. Accor needs to do better with this propert
Pros:

I have stayed here 7 times and this time it was gone down hill FAST

Cons:

The housekeeping lady was extremely rude, she created an OHS risk and when I approached her kindly to move her trolleys blocking walkway after my child being unable to walk through with a suitcase she said how I spoke to her rudely and she is a human like me, I was not rude, I was embarrassed my children saw someone behave like that towards us when we were on a trip. There was a bowl of god knows what outside the lift for at least 12 hours on our level 2 floor

Pros:

The beds were made nicely every day for us and bins emptied. Buffet breakfast included was great.

Cons:

The fridge didn't stay cold. The freezer defrosted so everything in the fridge got wet. The floor was a bit dirty on check in but was good the following day after cleaned again. The tennis court is in need of repairs

Fantastic staff and location
Pros:

Staff member at check in was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No signage at buffet breakfast for those with allergies I.e. I am gluten free and there was no signage to say of anything was GF

Nice little break
Pros:

The staff were all super friendly and extremely helpful. Whether it was pointing us in the right direction when we needed to get to public transport or getting us fresh towls after a swim they were on point!! The hotel itself was so close to woolworths and a few takeout food restoraunts and also a bus stop( litterally across the road)and the tram just down the road a few minutes walk!!!

Everything was excelent🙂

Accommation excellent, parking access terrible
Pros:

Location is excellent, easy to access food close by, great access to Parramatta via light rail. Close to Homebush. Good value

Cons:

Carpark is horrendous for large SUVs etc. Very tight to get both in and out.

Needs an refresh
Pros:

The value for money is why we have stayed here over the last 10 years. We love the car parking too. The location is the best, having Woolies and eateries across the road is so good for families.

Cons:

The place needs an upgrade. There is marks on all the doors and hallways, plus the entry/lobby looks shabby. The rooms decor looks outdated. While clean, you can deterioration and wear that need to be addressed.
