Pros:

Was so great that they did a special thing for Ed Sheeran guests. That was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

Parking is very very tight for family cars.

Breakfast was a little disorganized. Often running out of things and not being replaced without being asked. I was disappointed with options for Coeliac and diary free. The toast I was given was burnt and hard. Disappointed not to see things labelled.

Bearable only due to location and friendly check in staff.
Pros:

Location was great, staff on check in were friendly and helpful, pillows were delightful.

Cons:

Mattress was horrendously the worst I’ve ever slept on! Shower/bathroom had no ventilation/exhaust. Breakfast was a shambles.

Fantastic for a stay, would stay here again.
Pros:

I loved that it was close to the bus stations, Woolworths and petrol stations as well as fast food chains. The bus is only a 10 min ride to Parramatta station as well Westfield. The room itself was clean and beautifully decorated.

Cons:

It’s an older establishment so therefore pool and garden could use an update but then again I didn’t realise use those facilities as much and I enjoyed the room.

A great, comfortable place to stay, at a good price.
Pros:

The room and location were great. There are plenty of things to do close by. The breakfast was excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!

Cons:

The pool needs to be heated. I chose this hotel for the location and particularly the pool, but it was too cold to use it for more than about 15 minutes.

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient, making it easy to get around

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel recently, but my experience was disappointing. The staff did not communicate politely, and the cleaning was very poor. We asked the cleaner to change the bedsheets because it looked like the same sheets were left on the bed. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned properly and it seemed like the vacuuming was not done either. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and staff communication
