Great location but the hotel is very dated and needs attention
Pros:

The location was great and convenient for our trip.

Cons:

The hotel room was large and had what we needed but it is in desperate need of a renovation. When we first checked in we needed to call for someone to change the bed covers as they had food stain on them. The beds are on wheels that move whenever you roll over. And the floor was very dusty and dirty. The bathroom was nice and big but the shower was so touchy that it was either a boiling hot shower or a cold
One. Breakfast was good but you need to pay additional for a proper coffee. The pool and tennis court were closed and really shouldn’t be listed on the ammenities as there is no way you could use the tennis court. This place was good for location but not overly comfortable.

We won’t be back!
Pros:

It was convenient for our stay

Cons:

Booked a twin room for a family of 4. On arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded. Apparently, an upgrade is going from 2 double beds to a double bed and a sofa bed 🤷🏼‍♀️ on investigation in our upgraded room, the floor was filthy and the sofa bod looked like someone has urinated all over it. We were not staying there! Back down to reception to let them know. Told then we could have the room that we had booked originally. This room had at least 2 double beds. Bathroom was dirty- plaster and paint all over the bathroom floor and on the vanity.
