Tutto stupendo, davvero oltre le mie aspettative!!! Colazione buonissima, incrementerei solo un pochino il salato, ma per quanto riguarda la colazione dolce era tutto buonissimo! La posizione è perfetta perché vicinissima a tutte le principali città da visitare. Staff super gentile, siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti!!! Ci torneremo senz'altro!!
Mi sarebbe piaciuto poter vedere la piscina illuminata di sera, è troppo bella per lasciarla spenta. Poter sorseggiare un drink lì anche di sera sarebbe bellissimo, ma comprendo che giustamente sarebbe dispendioso a livello di illuminazione, se poi non dovesse venire utilizzata.

Habitacion muy grande. Alejado de la ciudad, muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar.
No fui muy bien recibida al llegar, un hombre me gritaba de que habia ingresado al parking incorrecto cuando en realidad intentaba dejar el auto para hacer el check in y luego lo iba a mover. Intente explicarle pero el seguia gritando, de todas formas creo que fue un mal entendido.

Décu par le manque d'entretien de l'établissement. Parties de l'hotel à l'abandon. Chambres spacieuses mais vieillissantes. Mauvaise insonnorisation des chambres.
Dommage car l'établissement a un fort potentiel pour mériter les 4 étoiles.
Very nice Masseria, 10 mins from Martina Franca and 15 min from a winery. We were here off-season so it was really quiet on the Masseria. However, we went into the city and had a really good dinner over there, so it was totally fine for us. In the morning there’s a good breakfast. Thank you! :)
La posizione, lo staff e la cucina
La struttura è decisamente diversa da quanto visibile sui vari portali. Purtroppo i servizi come piscina, palestra o anche il banalissimo wi-fi non sono equiparabili a quelli di un 4 stelle. La struttura e tutti i suoi spazi comuni necessitano di una manutenzione immediata che riporti la struttura ai “vecchi” fasti descritti nelle immagini del sito o dei vari portali. La professionalità dello staff purtroppo non può sopperire alle carenze strutturali o ai mancati servizi offerti come da descrizione e documentazione fotografica offerta dalla struttura.
Nous avons absolument tout aimé dans cet établissement. Le cadre est splendide, le domaine est magnifique et parfaitement entretenu, la propreté est irréprochable, et le calme des lieux rend le séjour particulièrement reposant.
La piscine est extra, très agréable et parfaitement intégrée au cadre.
C’est un endroit d’une grande beauté, où nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner.
quelques petits bémols sont à relever.
Tout d’abord, nous avons perçu une légère différence de comportement au petit-déjeuner entre la manière dont le personnel accueillait les clients italiens et les touristes français.
L’ambiance était nettement moins chaleureuse et souriante à notre égard.
Un exemple marquant a été lorsqu’une bouteille d’eau a été retirée de notre table, sous prétexte qu’il fallait se servir uniquement au bar, alors que plusieurs familles italiennes disposaient de bouteilles sur leurs tables sans que cela ne leur soit retiré.
Nous nous étions simplement alignés sur ce que nous voyions autour de nous, sans imaginer que cela poserait problème.
Ce détail, qui peut sembler anodin puisqu’il s’agit « seulement » d’eau, reste malgré tout désagréable dans un service de ce niveau.
De plus nous avons également eu le sentiment d’être scrutés dans nos moindres faits et gestes, ce qui enlève un peu de naturel et de confort au moment du petit-déjeuner.
Ensuite, concernant la piscine, l’obligation de porter un bonnet reste un peu contraignante et pas très agréable, même si l’endroit en lui-même est exceptionnel.
Enfin, dans la chambre, il manquait une poubelle et les coussins étaient horriblement plats je conseillerais d’apporter les vôtres pour plus de confort.
Sans ces détails, l’expérience aurait été un sans-faute.

Very peaceful hotel in the hills right outside Martina Franca. The hotel is clean and quiet, offering a great place to rest. The staff is very friendly and speaks both French and English.
