Le monsieur qui était à la réception n’est pas à la hauteur

Le monsieur qui était en service la nuit,âgé, avec un mauvais comportement qui n’a rien à avoir avec l’accueil des clients
Le petit déjeuner compris à la réservation mais j’ai pas bénéficié durant mon séjour du fait que le monsieur m’a dit que je n’ai pas le droit

Das Hotel würde eine der meinen zukünftigen Optionen sein, wenn ich wieder nach Venedig fahren wollen würde.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, die Betten waren gut zum schlafen, personal waren nett.
WC und Bad waren sauber, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Im Bad und WC gibt es auch ein Fenster, das man öffnen darf.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für mich nicht so ansprechend. Das ist nicht auf Zimmer gebucht, man muss das separat pro Person 10€ bezahlen, wenn man das Frühstück vom Hotel nehmen möchte.
Wir hatten ein Strom Ausfall im Zimmer. Der personal kam ins Zimmer und das Problem wurde freundlich gelöst.
Auf einem der Kissens gab eine Flecke. Ansonsten waren alles sauber.

When I arrived they said, oh you’re Booking.com, you’re in the annex. Is Booking.com second class ?
Your site said there was a lift. There was NOT for the second class Booking.com client. In the annex, across the street and 50 meters up the street, TWO FLIGHTS OF STARS - NO LIFT !!!

I am old. I need a lift. That is why I booked this place with you.

You care for the provider NOT the customer.

The wifi in the annex was very, very weak. I had to keep going to the hotel to send emails. This is just unacceptable. I complained twice to the management, they said their technician would fix it. NOTHING WAS DONE, they LIED.

I should receive a part credit return because your description didn’t meet my experience.

You should look to remove this hotel from your list, particularly because the second class respect they give to Booking.com clients.

Camera non insonorizzata, si sentiva tutto; bagno piccolissimo il lavabo talmente piccolo da rendere difficile lavarsi il viso,di conseguenza doccia piccolissima; pareti della camera rivestite in tessuto difficile da pulire mi auguro venga santificato di volta in volta; avevo chiesto ed avuto conferma di una camera matrimoniale ed ho trovato una camera con tre lettini, in struttura ho chiesto un letto matrimoniale e due lettini sono rimasti .... materassi talmente usurati che facevano la fossa e la mattina gran mal di sciena; finestre sprovviste di zanzariere, eppure ci vorrebbe veramente poco a installarle; niente frigo, un hotel a tre stelle senza frigo in camera.....
Il peggior Hotel dove ho soggiornato

Muy buen desayuno y la ubicación a dos pasos de la estación del tren fueron lo mejor!!

Cons:

El color rojo de las paredes en la habitación y la falta de luz en el escritorio auxiliar.
El closet tenía mal olor. Habitación 218.

ich würde es wieder buchen, mit dem Angebot kann ich auskommen
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, sehr ruhig und wirklich alles von Venedig sehr gut erreichbar.Zimmer sehr klein, aber in Venedig ist ja nur begrenzt Platz. Ausblick war nicht vorhanden, man machte das Fenster auf und schaute durch ein Baugerüst auf eine Wand. Mit der Klimaanlage als Heizung mußte man sehr ernsthaft diskutieren , probieren und nach ca 1 Tag hatte ich die Einstellung gefunden die ein gut warmes Zimmer im kühlen Dezember ermöglichte. Leider Bad völlig ohne Heizung, also Tür zum Zimmer immer auf und hoffen das es reicht. Sauber, gepflegt, gutes Bett. WIFI zickte manchmal, aber funktionierte doch irgendwann wieder. Der eine Nachtpförtner war sehr bösartig, ungezogen...man sollte dem einen Man schlicht aus dem Weg gehen ! Ansonsten sehr nettes freundliches höfliches hilfsbereites Personal...

Cons:

Der Mann der so boshaft und unfreundlich war, als Nachtpförtner begegnet...unbegreiflich warum er dort noch arbeiten darf...hatte schon in anderen Kommentaren dazu was gelesen...wirklich schlimm.
Es wurde an den Werktagen im Hotel gebaut, also auch über Mittag sehr laut..ich hatte feiertag und wochenende gebucht, das war dann aushaltbar...
