Excellent service, staff go above and beyond for their guests.

Two of the reception staff were really helpful. Unfortunately I didn't get their names, but they went out of their way to assist us.

This is a well located and elegant hotel that offers a peaceful and comfortable stay in the heart of Sultan Ahmet.

Ideal for a relaxing stay in Istanbul.

This hotel is in an extremely convenient location, especially for visiting the Blue Mosque, and the direct airport bus stop is also very close. The only disappointing aspect was that the air conditioning didn't work, which was a real shame. However, the nights were cool, so I had no trouble sleeping.

Staff was really kind and helpful.
On our second stay they included complimentary breakfast which was good.
Terrace has an excellent view, and location is great.

It is a relatively quite nice hotel compared to most hotels in much of that part of the world. Air conditioning does not match up to that you would find in the United States. Also, there are less safety measures such as handrails, stair heights, elevator quality, etc.
It is in a great location in walking distance to all the major attractions in Istanbul.

It has a restaurant and bar off the lobby and a rooftop terrace which has a very good buffet breakfast.
You can also get a cocktail from the bar and enjoy the view of the sea as well as other points of interest which is especially nice in the early evening as the sun sets.
Beds were on the soft side and rooms were difficult to cool in hotter than average weather.

Really good hotel for tourists 5 mins to all spots .

The hotel is excellently located in the Sultanahmet district. All the tourist sites are literally within walking distance. The staff caters to your every need and is truly remarkable.
We stayed there for two weeks and had two rooms. Everything worked well in the rooms including shower, toilet and AC. The only thing that stood out to me during my stay was the amount of dust underneath the furniture. However, this would have been addressed if I had brought it to the attention of the staff. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay there a great deal and did not regret this decision and will stay there if we visit Istanbul again.

It has its own museum of pieces uncovered during foundation construction. Super personable staff. Convenient uphill walk mosque & Hagia Sophia and grand Bazaar. Very active, steep, area. All older buildings.

Great location, beautiful lobby and excellent crew members they really go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible, specially Bilal (reception clerk), Firat (front office manager) and Murat (waiter) they made our stay as pleasant as possible. I will definitely come back with out any doubt!!

We were advised that we would have a double bed but were given two singles pushed together .
Only one bed side table which was solved by using a coffee table as a 2nd bed side table
The bins were not always emptied and we had to self supply toilet paper and bathroom mats which were not always replaced
We had a leaking kettle which was quickly replaced
Breakfasts were good
Reception staff / Barman generally helpful
The hotel was within walking distance of most of the important attractions

Hotel did not have AC working and was uncomfortably hot. I had to request a fan and it took several phone calls and over 5 hours to get us a portable fan for the room.

Rooms were cramped and not very clean
