The hotel was ok. I liked the location, although it's kind of tucked away a little and hard to find.
I didn't like that the bathroom door in our room was broken and didn't close. The shower liner wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Also, there was no electric outlet or light near the full length mirror.
The room was very nice. We had a great time.
The mattress was a lil stiff for me but that’s just my personal preference. My partner slept fine. Also a shuttle service would have been nice but we didn’t have a problem ubering.
Location, quality of bed, cleanliness
Electrical outlets were so worn that they couldn’t be used to plug in my cpap or my charger, lighting was quite poorly designed and left the room somewhat dark at night, there was no coffee in the lobby in the morning, breakfast was not free, price of $340 for one night at a so so hotel was exorbitant!
Quiet location--close to a lot of malls and eateries. Beds were comfortable and noise level was tolerable. Friendly staff.
Housekeeping was irregular and not thorough. For example, they would come tidy up the bathroom and not make the beds. They ran out of laundry detergent for purchase.
We weren’t unable to have breakfast there we had an appointment early. The room was nice. Size bed was very comfortable. Air-conditioning was nice and cool. Water in the shower was nice and hot. The front desk was very helpful and professional.
There was no fan in the bathroom or if there was it wasn’t working so everything was steamy
Easy check in room was very very clean. Spent one night didn’t use amenities
Views from the room, and super clean room and bathroom
My housekeeper Kate was amazing! I was very sick and she went above and beyond for me! You truly are an angel! Thank you for being such a kind spirit! Thank you for the care package! You have no idea how much that meant to me!
Everything

I stayed at many hotels for work all across the country. Both big and small, both near cities and slightly far away from big city centers. This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at regardless! The staff, the bar, the food, cleanliness everything is phenomenal. Walter, the bartender will hook you up And Morgan the front desk attendant is so kind and made my reservation go so smoothly. Stop staying in Philadelphia hotels because they’re close to the city center! You’re wasting your money! Stay here in Phoenixville, get an easy Amtrak/septa train from Paoli station to the city if you really want to go. Or just stay here and enjoy the bar and the food. The price and the people are so worth it 🥹
