Just food is good
The rooms are in terrible condition and are superficially cleaned.

No bar near the beach
The seaview from the hotel room was beautiful
There were so many things we were disappointed with.
First, the room was ok, but we had a problem with the air conditioning (the remote wasn’t working anymore, the blown air was hot), we asked at the reception for help on this matter, they said that they will send someone, but no one came.
We stayed for 4 days, no one changed our towels and we had to ask the made to give us more toiletries and toilet paper, because she only made the bed in our room.
Then the facilities: the hotel and the bar were a good 10 minute walk from the bitch, so it wasn’t really comfortable to keep going back for refills.
The food was average, not really diverse, and on many days the grilled meat was uncooked - I especially disliked the food.
Also the bar diversity wasn’t that good - only a few cocktails, beer and wine, and the soda was mostly mixed with water.
And lastly, be aware of the elevators, because the doors will shut rapidly, and we witnessed at least two persons and one child getting hit by those doors.

It is not a 4 stars hotel....2 stars at most. Zero internet.....in 2024?!!!
They say it's all inclusive .....but, for example, there is no beach bar on the beach.....

Bathroom that floods.
The location is good. The infrastructure and the nature. It is very kids friendly place. I general I think it is a very nice place for summer vacation with family.
Cost value is my deal breaker, you receive low grade food and drinks for FREE.
I addition the constant use of plastic cups and plates is really annoying.
The "food wars" are disturbing. You go for refill and after you come back the staff has already cleared you table or other guest occupied it. Some people take the whole serving from the buffet without considering others.
