Pros:

Breakfast was fabulous. Hotel location was perfect, walkable distance to all attractions. Nice and clean. Staff was helpful and kind.

Nice location but terrible service

It’s close to sultanahmet and the sea

Cons:

The staff service was extremely poor. I had a room with heating on highest level and it could not be changed, also the air conditioning was not working so the room was a sauna. Despite asking several time to fix it, the staff could not care less and did not do anything. Also the room had too short curtains, making it impossible to darken the room properly for sleep.

The last day before departure, I was asked to change the room due to maintenance. The new room had cockroaches and the heating was off, the room was so extremely cold and again, it took the staff 3 times to come by and check or to bring toilet paper. I left the room with a slight cold and flu.

The staff was generally unwelcoming and not helpful at all, you could see they just could not care less.
