Chambre agréable,belle vue,mais salle de bain trop petite ,surtout la douche
Pros:

Dommage de payer un supplément au petit déjeuner pour un capucino et un œuf à la coque..
Et pas de croissant,ni de pain égyptien typique..

Cons:

Le personnel pourrait être plus aimable..gros problème avec l accès Wi-Fi sur un telephone

Buena ubicación, habitación moderna y cómoda. Muy buen desayuno.

Cons:

Habitación ruidosa, se escucha mucho ruido desde el pasillo y las personas que hacen la limpieza entran sin llamar. Haria falta un tacho de basura en el baño, papel tissue y mejores amenitis

Super Lage
Pros:

Geniale Lage: zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Sehr bequeme Betten und große Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption durchgehend gleichgültig, arrogant und teilweise richtig unfreundlich. Lächeln - Fehlanzeige.

I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really bad happened. It was interesting how worried the attendants were that I signed fot the breakfast bill, which I forgot to include in the booking. Each morning I was told several times that “your breakfast is not included”.

Finding moulds on the bed when we just arrived to our room was a bad start
Pros:

The female counter staff and bell boy were helpful.

Cons:

On the first day of our arrival, we found the duvet cover on our bed had moulds (see photo).
On our second day, after the room was serviced, the cleaning lady took away the floor towel with no replacement. We called the counter staff and told them that we wanted to shower but there was no floor towel for the wet feet. After an hour, the cleaning lady did not bring the replacement floor towel. We called again and when the cleaning lady brought the towel, she was very grumpy and handed us multiple towels.

Cons:

Towels were thread bare, no towel rails, staff at reception were not friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our safe and when we discussed it with reception rather than documenting for someone to rectify the next morning, she asked us to remind reception the following morning. No extra toilet paper, no make up room and do not disturb card in our room
