Stayed here for a week, hotel is a tad shabby but the staff are wonderful
Had a room on the second floor with a balcony and double bed.
1.Stay on the second and third floor
2.Avoid the rooms near the main road as it’s busy.
3. Buses stop outside the hotel and it’s €1.50 per trip paid with a contactless card
4.Rome easily accessible via bus , train and metro
5.Swimming pool is ok but some sunbeds are in a poor state and no parasols available
6.Breakfast is ok , good coffee but avoid the partially cooked sausage

La tranquillità e il verde circostante
Struttura molto vecchia poco curata, posizione scomoda da raggiungere, colazione deludente e scarsa molto minimale.
The staff were lovely, and the mattress and the pillow were very comfortable.
It is very tired and things like the grouting in the bathroom was black with mould and very dated. There weren't many sun loungers etc by the pool and most of them were loose so the sun shades wouldn't stand up. There wasn't any drinking facilities in the rooms, this would make a huge difference. And there wasn't any fruit available at breakfast, which would be normal to have with yoghurt etc. A few small changes would massively improve clients stay.
Tra gli aspetti positivi segnalo senz'altro l'ottima posizione della struttura, la piacevole disponibilità della piscina e la pulizia delle camere, sempre curate e confortevoli. Sono elementi che hanno contribuito a rendere il soggiorno nel complesso gradevole.
Un aspetto che merita particolare attenzione riguarda la gestione degli ospiti particolarmente rumorosi. Durante il nostro soggiorno, nella camera adiacente alla nostra (n. 205) era alloggiato un gruppo di oltre dieci ragazzi e ragazze che, fino a tarda notte (circa l'una), ha tenuto comportamenti estremamente molesti: urla continue, schiamazzi nei corridoi e porte sbattute ripetutamente. La situazione è stata tale da costringerci a intervenire personalmente più volte per chiedere il rispetto della quiete degli altri ospiti. Contattata la reception, inizialmente non abbiamo ricevuto risposta; successivamente abbiamo segnalato il problema, ma poiché gli stessi episodi si sono ripetuti anche il giorno seguente, ritengo che il richiamo, ove effettuato, non abbia avuto alcun effetto concreto. Lo stesso gruppo, presumibilmente accompagnato da docenti e/o genitori, nel tardo pomeriggio occupava inoltre la zona piscina con comportamenti poco rispettosi degli altri ospiti, effettuando ripetuti tuffi nonostante il divieto espressamente previsto. Gli schizzi d'acqua arrecati ai presenti hanno finito per rendere poco fruibile l'area, inducendo diversi bagnanti ad allontanarsi. Anche in questa circostanza non ho riscontrato alcun intervento da parte del personale addetto.
Comprendo che la struttura non possa prevenire ogni comportamento scorretto degli ospiti, ma ritengo che un intervento più tempestivo ed efficace da parte dello staff avrebbe contribuito a garantire un soggiorno più sereno e conforme agli standard attesi. Inoltre, migliorerei di più la colazione, anche scendendo alle 07/08 non si trova più nulla, e non viene rifornito. Il personale di sala molto gentile, fa del suo meglio mettendo a suo agio gli ospiti, ma non possono certo andare a comprare i cornetti terminati...
