Pros:

Non è la prima volta che vi alloggio, il Golden Tulip è una garanzia. Posizione ottima, sistemazione sicura (sono una donna che viaggia molto da sola per lavoro), staff gentile e competente, il miglior cocktail bar del circondario. Piacevole sorpresa avere una stanza che sembrava rinnovata di recente, era un albergo ottimo già prima, ora ancora di più.

Cons:

Il prezzo è un po' alto, ma personalmente scelgo mille volte sicurezza e pulizia piuttosto che una tariffa più conveniente al costo di compromessi

Ultima posizione edificio storico stanze ristrutturate di recente

Cons:

L'aria condizionata è regolabile esclusivamente richiedendo alla reception di alzare o abbassare la temperatura, così c'è scritto sul foglio che danno in accoglienza. Di notte stavo morendo di caldo ma avrei dovuto scendere quattro piani sotto o telefonare (boh?) per alzare la temperatura della stanza. Assurdo in un albergo di questa categoria. Peccato penalizza molto la struttura.

Hotel pulito staff molto cordiale camera ampia doccia grande sala colazioni pulita personale gentile c’è tutto dal salato al dolce terrazza carina ottimi cocktail vicino stazione termini

Personalmente per noi aria condizionata in camera troppo alta ma ho chiesto e ci è stata gentilmente abbassata

Posizione e versatilità

Cons:

Nella presentazione delle camere dicono che c'è la possibilità in camera del bollitore della macchina del caffè ma non è vero.
È assurdo che non ci sia neanche un mini frigo con jna bottiglia di acqua.
L'aria condizionata è centralizzata quindi il display in camera non funziona e per adeguare la temperatura bisogna chiedere sulla reception e...aspettare. l'impianto non è molto performante

The location is perfect: A few minutes walk from Termini train station.
I had a few issues in the room about leaking water, but the staff solved the issue with profession and polite.

המלון נימצא במיקום מרכזי ונגיש . 3 דקות מתחנת הרכבת המרכזית Termini, ארוחת בוקר סבירה ועונה על הציפיות, יש אנשי צוות מקצועיים ושירותיים (מעט מאד).

Cons:

הגעתי למלון לכבוד יום הולדת לבת, ביקשתי מבעוד מועד בלונים ומגש פירות, שילמתי 60 יורו על בלונים!! המגש פירות היה מזעזע, כולו חרבשים וחרקים, חלק מהפירות רקובים, המזגן לא עבד, נכנסתי להתקלח הדוש התפרק לי ביד נאלצתי לצאת ולעדכן בקבלה, הבחור בקבלה נתן לי לבחור חדר מבין 2 חדרים פנויים אחד גרוע יותר מהשני, בחרנו וגם שם לא היה מזגן אך כבר לא היה כח לעבור שוב חדר אז התפשרנו וקיבלנו מאוורר, יש 2 מעליות, מעלית אחת ישנה מאד עבור 2 אנשים תמיד נתקעת ומפחיד, והשניה תמיד לא זמינה, חוויה נוראית

Lovely vintage property at the heart of the city. Super close to the train station (only three mins walk). Cute room.

Cons:

They really need to fix their air con. The staff was lovely when I called them in the middle of the night to complain. They immediately arranged a table fan.

The breakfast was nice and the rooms were also clean and spacious

The airconditioning was central and there was no cooling at all in the rooms. It was very hot especially because we went during summer.

The property is well situated and very close to public transit such as the metro and train .

Cons:

The property had no air conditioning. We were told that they would control the AC from the reception / front desk but was not the case. The hotel has no AC !
Guests should be informed that the hotel
has no air conditioning before booking there .
