אחלה מלון מצד אחד לילדים אבל ממש ממש ממש לא 5 כוכבים. מלון נגיש לעגלות באופן מלא, אוכל ושתייה בשפע ומכל הלב, הפעלות ומופעים לילדים ולמבוגרים מבוקר עד ערב

בקושי ניקו לנו את החדר! תקחו את זה בחשבון. במקרה הטוב מסדרים את המצעים ומחליפים מגבות. במקרה שלנו גם דילגו על סידור החדר כמה פעמים, לא רוקנו פחים, אין ניקיון של המקלחת ושירותים. תחושת הניקיון נמוכה מאוד

Curățenia lasă de dorit in 5 nopți a întrat o singura data in camera gunoi aruncat singur prosoape schimbat singur ca le găseam pe hol pe cameriste si profitam de treaba asta , mâncarea foarte slaba părerea mea , am fost la hotel de 4 * tot in Bulgaria si am mâncat mult mai bine de băutură numai dozatoare si foarte slabe calitativ.. Ma așteptam la alte servici sincer de la un hotel de 5 * ...A rămas doar numele de el sincer .. clasică problema cu trezitu dimineața si rezervat șezlonguri si la piscina si pe plaja .. iar hotel fiind foarte mare dupa 9 00 cu greu mai găseai.. parcare 15 euro pe zi ... Eu unu nu as mai repeta experienta

התארחנו ב־Meliá Grand Hermitage בגולדן סנדס והחוויה הייתה פשוט מושלמת! מהרגע שהגענו ועד לרגע שעזבנו נהנינו מכל דבר במלון.

האוכל היה מצוין, מגוון ובשפע, עם מבחר גדול בכל ארוחה, והכול היה טרי וטעים. תמיד היה מה למצוא גם למבוגרים וגם לילדים.

המתקנים במלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד – הבריכות נהדרות, המגלשות והפעילויות לילדים מעולות, השטחים הציבוריים יפים, נקיים ומטופחים, ויש תחושה של מלון גדול ומפנק שבאמת חשבו בו על הכול.

החדרים היו נוחים ונעימים, המלון כולו היה נקי מאוד והצוות היה אדיב, שירותי ומקצועי. בכל פעם שהיינו צריכים משהו קיבלנו יחס מצוין.

הילדים נהנו בטירוף, וגם אנחנו כמבוגרים הצלחנו ליהנות, לנוח ולהרגיש שאנחנו באמת בחופשה. האווירה במלון מצוינת ומתאימה מאוד למשפחות.

אחרי כמה ימים במקום אפשר להגיד בלב שלם שזה אחד המלונות שהכי נהנינו בהם. קיבלנו תמורה מצוינת והחוויה עלתה על הציפיות שלנו.

ללא ספק נחזור שוב ל־Meliá Grand Hermitage ונמליץ עליו בחום למשפחה ולחברים.

התארחנו ב־Meliá Grand Hermitage ונהנינו מכל רגע. המלון פשוט מצוין ומעניק חוויית חופשה אמיתית ומפנקת לכל המשפחה.

האוכל היה אחד הדברים שהכי אהבנו – מבחר עצום, אוכל טעים, טרי ומגוון מאוד לאורך כל היום. בכל ארוחה היו המון אפשרויות, ותמיד מצאנו משהו שאהבנו. גם הילדים נהנו מאוד מהאוכל ומהמבחר.

המתקנים במלון פשוט מעולים! בריכות גדולות, מגלשות מים, פעילויות לילדים והמון מקומות ליהנות ולנוח. הילדים היו מאושרים ולא השתעממו לרגע, וזה אפשר גם לנו ליהנות מחופשה רגועה.

המלון עצמו גדול, מרשים, נקי ומטופח מאוד. החדרים מרווחים ונעימים, השירות ברמה גבוהה והצוות תמיד היה אדיב, מחייך ומוכן לעזור.

גם המיקום מצוין – קרוב לים ולטיילת של גולדן סנדס, כך שאפשר ליהנות גם מכל מה שיש מחוץ למלון.

מה שהכי אהבנו הוא שהכול פשוט עובד כמו שצריך – אוכל, ניקיון, שירות, מתקנים, פעילויות ואווירה. מרגישים שמדובר במלון שיודע איך לגרום למשפחה ליהנות באמת.

זו הייתה אחת החופשות המשפחתיות הכי מוצלחות שלנו. הילדים כבר שואלים מתי חוזרים! 😍

אנחנו בהחלט נחזור ונמליץ על המלון לכל מי שמחפש חופשה משפחתית מפנקת בגולדן סנדס.

Замечательные аниматоры. Вкустная и разнообразная еда. Отличное расположение отеля! Был очень красивый вид с балкона на море и бассейн .

Cons:

В комнате при заселении был запах сигарет.
Нет крема для тела в номере, что это странно для 5 звезд ночной гостиницы.
Уборка номера была не качественная, хотя мы каждый день оставляли чаевые,
