I had an amazing time at Hotel Melia Hermitage Grand, and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Everything was superb, from the moment I checked in until the day I left.

Service & Staff: A 10/10 team! Every single staff member was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to detail. They truly make you feel like a valued guest and are always ready to help with a warm smile.

The Room: Absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The cleanliness was spotless (it’s clear they prioritize hygiene), and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I got some of the best sleep ever.

The Food: A real culinary delight!

Facilities & Vibe: The overall atmosphere of the hotel is both relaxing and elegant. The lounge and pool areas are excellently maintained and serve as the perfect spots to unwind.

The bottom line? Hotel Melia offers that rare blend of luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. It’s excellent value for money and I will definitely return here at the very next opportunity. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free stay!

Nice stay mainly because it ha d a low occupancy rate. The infrastructure is surely not big enough for full occupancy

One elevator got stuck and another was rocking all over the place.
WiFi sucked, needed to use mobile
They did not know the length of the pool and did not want to measure it

Pros:

O locație foarte draguță, cu multe facilitați și mâncare buna. Camerele sunt foarte spațioase și băile bine dotate (două chiuvete, duș și cadă, bideu).

Cons:

Camerele nu sunt bine antifonate. Se aude tot zgomotul de pe hol. Se aude când se trage apa de la etajele superioare pe conducta de la baie. Când e vânt puternic afară se aude un șuierat la ușa de la balcon. Mobila, deși din lemn masiv care oferă un aspect clasic elegant, scârțâie la fiecare deschodere de uși. Toate aceste aspecte legate de zgomot sunt importante în special când ai un bebeluș și poate fi deranjat de sunete puternice în timpul somnului.

Terrible Stay
Pros:

Melia can do better, I booked this hotel based on previous ratings and the fact that it is owned my Melia. However it is nothing like what booking has advertised on their site.

Cons:

broken down facilities , it advertises 5 restaurants and it had only 2, it advertised sauna and nothing worked. HORRIBLE . I am a level 3 genius member, travel a lot and I have hardly had bad reviews, but if this is going to save someone from staying in this stupid place, then I have done something good. STAY IN VARNA and bypass this horrible environment
