The worst -100

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The experience was miserable from start to finish. There was a horrible musty, moldy smell throughout the hotel, especially around the old elevator. And don’t even get me started on how dirty the rooms were. When I told them that my room was dirty, they simply offered me other rooms that were almost exactly the same, as if they were trying to gaslight me into thinking there was nothing wrong with them. It was absolutely horrible. I had no choice but to stay the night, and they still had the audacity to charge me for it. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this level of unprofessionalism and dirtiness in a hotel with such a well-known name.i had to clip the video I filmed to show u the actual room since I can’t put a footage here feel free to look at them.

Pros:

Très bon séjour au Barceló Casablanca, même si je n’étais que de passage. Arrivés très tard dans la nuit, nous avons apprécié une chambre propre, confortable et très correcte, ainsi que l’accueil chaleureux du personnel.
Nous avons pu bénéficier d’un départ à 13h et laisser nos bagages à la conciergerie le temps d’aller déjeuner, ce qui était vraiment appréciable.
Je n’ai malheureusement pas eu le temps de profiter des équipements de l’hôtel, mais pour une étape à Casablanca, je recommande sans hésitation !

Je tiens à adresser un immense merci à toute l’équipe de l’Hôtel Dellarosa pour ce magnifique séjour, et tout particulièrement à Monsieur Kamal, Directeur d’Hébergement, pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Monsieur Kamal a été d’une grande attention avec nous du début à la fin. Il a pris le temps d’échanger avec moi au téléphone et a été particulièrement à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes. Je souhaitais notamment une décoration spéciale pour la chambre pour mon mari et moi, et il a fait tout son possible pour que tout soit parfaitement préparé. Il a vraiment veillé à ce que chaque détail corresponde à ce que je souhaitais. Sa disponibilité, son écoute et sa bienveillance nous ont énormément touchés. C’est une personne très professionnelle, mais surtout très humaine et vraiment adorable.

Je souhaite également remercier chaleureusement Madame Lamiaa, Madame Yasmine et Monsieur Oussama, à la réception. Vous avez été adorables avec nous, toujours souriants, gentils et chaleureux. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos échanges, votre bonne humeur et votre façon de nous mettre à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Vous avez largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme. Nous avons passé un très beau moment et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Dellarosa.

Je vous souhaite à tous beaucoup de réussite et une très belle continuation dans vos carrières. Vous méritez vraiment le meilleur. ❤️
