Cons:

I did huge mistake by changing my hotel to this one and the first tonight I stayed there I woke up at 4am someone was trying to get in in my room , there was a big wire from under the door , I was screaming and the person ran away , I called the reception and they sent someone who helped me getting downstairs and I offered me to change the room !! all I heard these things don't happen here and there was nobody in the floor , I was in the 5th floor by the time I got dressed and the security upstairs easily 5min of course nobody was there , I asked them to give me refund for the remaining days so I can leave since I was troubled and I could not sleep all night they said we will talk in the morning, even after they changed the room for me I was not feeling safe I had to put a chair on the door in case anybody to get in again !
the next day I had a lot of meeting I came late to meet one of most disrespectful people at reception his name ISSAM TANAN , no greeting nothing I told him you heard of what happened he said these things don't happened its impossible and there are cameras and they will open an investigation !! NO CAMERAS ON THE 5TH FLOOOOR !!!!!! NO INVESTIGATION HAS BEEN OPEN
I was so busy running out of time every time I go to the reception they put me together and they say the manager is not around , my trip was ruined because of this , could not sleep well. I don't know if its because I'm a women or because I didn't report this incident to the police !
I even asked for the general manager email or phone number , they acted like they don't know what I'm talking about or they don't have it

don't stay here , not safe high chance one of the staff saw me alone and tried his luck !!!!!!

Pros:

La qualité du matelas et le check-out à 12h. L'homme a l'accueil le matin de notre départ.

Cons:

Le confort très basique. Pas d'explication par l'hotesse d'accueil le soir qui n'a pas décroché un sourire. la chambre est très bruyante avec des courants d'air au niveau des fenêtres. Il n'y a pas de chaussons distribués, même en période de fortes pluies. L'accueil était minime, aucune explication, et le confort très basique, pas de couettes alors que nous étions au mois de janvier.

L’albergo è davvero una buona posizione ben conservato, nonostante i vent’anni è molto confortevole.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto che all’arrivo nonostante io avessi già pagato attraverso booking mi hanno chiesto di pagare nuovamente e anche con una certa insistenza. Soltanto quando ho mostrato le ricevute di booking e dopo una ricerca nel retrobottega si sono resi conto dell’errore.

The receptionist Very bad attitude, I changed the key 4 times for my room on my arrival I was so tired. Improfetinal receptionist, she couldn’t handle the complain. On top of that she’s laughing.
