Excellent facility, great location, walking distance to everything needed.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had a refrigerator/freezer which was good because we brought food and beverages from home. There was a cooktop but no oven, just a microwave and toaster. The cupboards contained all dishes and pots/pans that were needed. The linens smelled amazing and there were plenty of kitchen and bathroom towels available. Having two bathrooms was also an unexpected feature. The room overlooked the main road and was a very short walk to the beach and other restaurants and shops. The parking was conveniently right around the corner from the motel. There is a gas station/convenience store right across the street. We did need a few items and the prices were not outrageous. The motel is located a bit north of Pier 60, which was nice because we weren't directly in the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

Cons:

We had an issue with the TV, which was resolved by calling the after hours phone contact. The A/C unit blows directly onto the couch, which made it very cold to sit there. The shower in the first bathroom was a very tight squeeze but there was a second bathtub/shower that could be used if a larger person needed the shower. The gate access to the pool area was loud during the day, especially as we were in the first room to the left of the gate. The price was a bit expensive due to the Spring Break season and the Sugar Sand Festival that was taking place. However, we will stay there again in the off season when the rate is much lower. We were attending a concert at The Bay Care Sound, which is why we chose this motel. The cost compared to other facilities nearby was much lower.

Really awesome quaint and quiet spot, definitely will be back.
Pros:

Never had to get into the car until it was time to go home. 3 minute walk to each, 5 minute walk to the strip featuring all the restaurants and shops.

Family oriented cozy place
Pros:

Honestly I did not expect it would be so good. Super clean, great location. Near to the beach and walkable distance to the nice cafes and parks. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Hübsches, kleines Motel wie aus einem Film!
Pros:

Klassisches , schön renoviertes, liebevoll ausgestattetes Motel in zentraler Lage. Voll ausgestattete, kleine Küche mit Gasherd. Parkplatz. Wendeltreppe auf s Flachdach mit 2 grossen Gasgrills zur Verfügung.

Cons:

Das Bett war für mich sehr weich und auch etwas schmal für 2 Personen, ca. 1,60 m breit.
Bad recht klein.

Pros:

Overall, it’s a good hotel—the location is superb, and we enjoyed the pool and the seating areas. We also made use of the barbecue zone on the rooftop, which we really liked; you can even watch the sunset from there.

Cons:

However, we would have preferred to have liquid soap in the bathroom instead of bar soap, as the latter seems quite unhygienic.
