E ovako: Prva i najveca stvar ljubaznost osoblja! Veliki pozdrav i ogromna pohvala za gospodju Seleste, koja nas je docekala kao roditelj i ucinila nas boravak predivnim! Inace da znate( vi koji citate) jako puno putujemo i obisli smo do sada jako puno zemalja i hotela ali nas nigde nije zatekla takva ljubaznost i srdacnost osoblja na recepciji! Jos jednom veliki pozdrav za Seleste i ostalo osoblje od Lucije 🙂.. hvala jos jednom na poklonu! E sada i da opisem blize hotel: Lokacija 10, odnos cene i kvaliteta 10, soba 10, spa centar 10 ( morate da rezervisete jer ne pustaju veci broj ljudi kako bi izbegli guzvu i samim tim ugrozili mir i intimnost. Ali uvek kad smo rezervisali usvojili su tako da nije problem mesto. Radno vreme spa je od 9do21h i mogu i deca ici! Odmah pored apa je i teretana a na tom spraru imate i kafic i restoran. Cistoca 10! Svaka preporuka za ovaj hotel, do sada licno za mene najbolji ugodjaj koji sam doziveo od hotela!!

Me gustó la piscina climatizada/jacuzzi. También me gustó que las cámaras cuádruples tienen dos baños, lo cual es muy cómodo al ir con niños. Los colchones y almohadas eran muy cómodos. Había nevera. Estaba muy limpio. La decoración del hotel era muy chula. El buffet estaba rico.

Cons:

En el baño había olor a desagüe. Pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación pero no aceptaron. Es una pena porque el olor era desagradable y afectaba a la habitación también aunque en menor medida que en el baño.

Experiencia positiva sin paliativos
Pros:

Un trato excelente y unas instalaciones muy cuidadas y cómodas. Te hacen sentir como en casa. Recomendable el restaurante por su calidad y profesionalidad.

Hotel pequeño cercano y para disfrutar del arte

Mi primera vez en palma El hotel vive el arte x todos lados .es como estar en una exposición permanente pero sin la formalidad q da el museo.
Servicio de 10 todos los empleados son cercanos y simpáticos.
Es como irte de vacaciones a un lugar pequeño y acogedor.
El spa está genial e intentan reservarlo para uso x habitación. Yo he ido dos días.
La comida muy rica.
La habitación es más vitamina. No en plan playa pero está a 20 min andando por el paseo marítimo de la catedral .

Super recomendable 👌
