Hotel Manaus

During check-in, it turned out that the employee was not able to correctly add up the amount due. I had to explain and show him twice where he made the mistake. Then it turned out that he couldn't scan my document. All of this delayed the process.

During my stay, when I wanted to use the restaurant, it turned out to be impossible. At the reception, I was given different opening hours than those that were actually in effect. When I went to purchase a meal, I was told that it was already closed. This happened twice.

It wasn't the worst experience, but there is still a very far away to be good it.

Very dirty, the light switch was covered with blood splashes, hairs all over the bed, dirty toilette, dirty shower, at least the A/C did work fine, but 20€ caution for the remote

In need of modernization and repair

Établissement propre, calme, personnel sympa mais d’attractions. Pas d’animation, pas de table de tennis de table, de billard, etc. Bien dans l’ensemble.

Todo muy preparado para extranjeros.
Tenían la puertas abiertas de par en par sin el aire acondicionado por lo que hacia un calor horrible dentro del hotel, tanto en el hall principal como en comedor y pasillos.
Le falta un poco de renovación, las habitaciones son bastante antiguas.

My experience was amazing! I was apprehensive as it was my first ever solo trip abroad and my spanish is a medium level.
The woman who checked me in spoke fluent Spanish, German, English and and was an absolute delight, making me feel so welcomed and at ease 😊.

The beds were super comfortable, with what felt like new mattresses and pillows! Rooms were spotless and the wonderful attentive housekeeper was very courteous in asking if I would like my room cleaned which I politely declined for the whole of my stay.

I was surprised by a free breakfast everyday which consisted of a continental selection of meats, cereals etc but as a vegan I was able to have the fresh bread, beans and wide selection of succulent fresh fruit and jams. Coffee, instant and filter, teas, cocoa and other hot drinks were available and the choice of 4 different fruit juices in addition to cold water.

The pool area was wonderful with a sizeable pool and a tidy lounging area, which I spent many hours at!

If you like house plants, you can also wonder the floors of the hotel looking at the different plants dotted around also some fabulous mosaic decor.

To get to the airport at 4:30am, the gentleman on the reception kindly called me a local taxi firm in which I was there in 7mimutes and at a price of €26. Would HIGHLY recommend not using a pre-booked taxi transfer if you are staying here as it would not be worth the extra €€.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, solo, or a group :D

Hotel was Clean, Friendly Staff, Lovely Room with Balcony, Breakfast was Great! Near Bus Routes from Hotel to Airport

The hotel met our expectations as a typical Spanish hotel .
The guests were mostly Spanish and not all the staff speak English but this did not cause any problems for us,as they were friendly.
The hotel was very clean throughout.
The rooms are not well soundproofed and chatting can be heard from all sides along with noise from above.
The rooms facing the pool get the sun until late in the evenings.

We stayed half board and found the food plentiful and tasty. There was always a variety of cooked food in the evenings along with salads. The choices are not huge however there is was always a selection.
During our stay there were groups of holiday makers who dined at the same time so sometimes the food was selected quickly but it was always replenished.

There is no entertainment in the hotel and the bar area was cold and not used,which was a pity as it would have been nice to sit even with background music.
The pool and jacuzzi were clean but icy cold!
The location is good with a choice of walking along the promenade or walking the coastal path.

We just had the best holiday here! We are English and I travelled alone with a 1 & 9 year old. The hotel was great, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble they went out their way to be kind and helpful and lovely to the children. Room cleaned daily beds changed clean towels, lovely quiet hotel plenty of space and all covid compliant and clean. Highly recommend and we would most definately stay here again! Thank you for such a great holiday xx

Un accueil parfait !! Un personnel au top , des installations propre et agréable . La piscine d’une dimension parfaite avec deux jacuzzis. Un petit déjeuner gratuit pour tous les clients sous forme de buffet mais servi !!! Très agreable et complet !beaucoup de choix salés et sucrés.
Une chambre très propre , une bonne literie , une télé de bonne dimension et un petit balcon fort agreable et pratique pour faire sécher les vêtements de plage ! Une vue sur la mer lointaine (nous étions au 3ème étage ) ménage fait chaque jour .
Bien placé ,parking gratuit tout autour de l’hôtel facile à trouver ! Petite boutique à côté de l’hôtel proprio très gentil et poli !! Vraiment nous reviendrons sans aucun hésitation

Excelente atención maravillosa muy atentos la comida muy buena y variada ! Todo súper limpio! La pasamos muy bien con muchas ganas de regresar de nuevo !!

Hotel na dobrém místě na konci ulice, nedá se však dobře parkovat, musíte hledat všude po okolí, parkoviště kousek pod hotelem je pořád plné l, snídaně super vybere si každý, pokoj fungoval bez problémů, klimatizace ticha, jediné že jsme si museli za poplatek vypůjčit lednicí, automaticky v pokoji neni.Postele jsou hrozně měkké posouvají se, pokud máte problémy se zády nevyspite se moc dobře asi.Uklid bez problémů, jednou lepší jednou horší, my jsme v hotelu pouze přespávali, hodnotím kladně.Jako výchozí bod na výlety ok.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Personal an der Rezeption der deutschen Sprache sehr gut mächtig und sehr hilfsbereit, Zimmer gut in Schuß und sauber, ein gelungener Urlaub, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Gerne wieder.
