Very pleased and will stay here again when visiting the area.

The value for the stay was good. I was so pleased.

Cons:

Bathroom lights were pretty dim, could have used more light for getting ready in the morning, and the remote control did not work, but we were so tired, we did not even bother staff, we just showered and went to bed.

The outside was nice.

Cons:

1. Front girl staff knew nothing about the place including what side of the building our room was on. Kept telling me, I could ask the manager in the morning.
2. Standing water in the refrigerator.
3. Burned out light bulb in the bathroom.
4. keyhole to the room was broken.
5. Two live spiders and lots of dead debris from lots of dead bugs and cobwebs.
6. Bugs visible squish between the glass and the painting on the inside.
7. Handprints on the window, as if somebody had had relations.And nobody bothered to clean the window.
8. Multiple broken items chair, clock.
9. At night it seems they do not turn on any kind of air conditioner in the hallways or the one single elevator they have.
10. Sheets of stains all over them.

What I didn’t like was there was water pressure in the showers the beds were not very comfortable hard to get sleep when we got there our reservations were messed we did not get what we reserved until the next night and was just told nothing we could do about it

Clean, soft bed, very nice and helpful at check in. Elaina not sure on spelling.

Cons:

Refrigerator was off and water in tray. Telephone wires not connected. No bread or toaster for breakfast. Don't eat biscuits or sausage or green apples. Bananas would be nice. Orange juice, coffee and raisins bran were not good. Air conditioner had an oder when running it needs vent cleaned.

I would stay here again as it was one of the few reputable and reasonably priced hotels in the area.
Pros:

The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, even though there were no toastable items like bread or English muffins.

Cons:

The room was dated and needed minor repairs. There was no literature in the room about restaurants or shopping in the area. There was no literature in the room about TV channels or hotel amenities in the room.

Pros:

This lodge is beautiful. sits on a golf course and has great curb appeal. The bed comfort is average and the pillows are not comfy. The room appeared clean, but not sparkling. After staying 2 days, the room had not been cleaned, we were on a 5 day stay. The room coffee pods had not been replace, the toilet paper had not been filled, floors cleaned, etc. Went to the desk and was told that housekeeping ONLY empties the garbage and replaces towels during your stay. We had to ask for TP, shampoos and soaps. The pool is beautiful and there is a hot tub, whose jets don't work. The breakfasts would be very good, except that most of the hot food items were luke warm to cold. I drink tea, but even the hot water in the container was cold. I had family staying there also and after washing clothes, found the clothes dryer was not working, no signs. The third night,(friday) they had a large group of golfers in the breakfast room / lounge who had a party that was very loud until late into the night. Being on the first floor, they kept everyone awake until it was over. The following night, Saturday, they had a birthday party, same room and the noise lasted until past 2am. Family on the second floor said that these party goers were running up and down the hall to the stairway, slamming the door. When asked about this, they said it happens. We had reservations for 5 days, when we checked out a day early we were not even asked why or how we enjoyed our stay. The desk folks simply don't care for the guests or their comfort. I would NOT recommend this place. We found another, quiet well maintained hotel that was far better.
