Excellent choice while traveling north in Maine.
Pros:

Beautiful views of the water, decent free breakfast, all very neat and clean, comfortable bed.

It is one of our favorite places to stop n stay on our way up north.

Great place!
Pros:

Nice big hot tub. Pool had a lift assist for disabled. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Nice custom made breakfast.

Cons:

HVAC was loud but typical. Pillows were a little flat but there were 4/bed.

Beautiful hotel and good stay! Would rebook next visit.
Pros:

The property was beautiful and cozy. It’s a well maintained inn with friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was yummy as well! Staff were helpful for surrounding area.

Cons:

My only very slight complaint was that the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It was very hard/ firm. I personally sleep on a very plush mattress so it was difficult for me to get comfortable. My brother who was in a separate room said the same about his bed, so I don’t think it’s just me being picky.

Over all - we'd come back!
Pros:

We had a nice room with a view of the harbor. There was a sliding glass door with an actual screen to a sitting porch. Our room was fitted with a couch & an easy chair, as well as the typical suite amenities. The bed was a bit too stiff but doable. It was very clean & pleasantly decorated. We had some issues with our room (broken drawer when we arrived, etc). The front desk was very attentive (& very friendly).

Breakfast is confusing, but after once you get the routine. You go to the kitchen door that has a wheeled cart blocking & wait in line to tell them what you want. They put it on a tray & hand it to you. This is done to curb breakfast costs. It literally states you are limited at what you get (the 3 days we were there they had quiche & you could only get 1 small one). They do offer other items as well & have alternatives for like gluten free & such. Nothing was made in house. Everything was pre-frozen & heated up. It was okay. All 3 days the dining room wasn't big enough for everyone. Some people had to sit outside & it was cold & windy!

The pool was slightly heated (not enough for me) & the hot tub was prefect. The chlorine in the air was so strong the first night it burned my eyes! The hot tub made our nights easier after the long days of walking & driving!

Cons:

This hotel has issues with accessibility. No matter where your room is & no matter what door you are using, you will not be near your car. The only entry with a ramp for wheel chair accessibility is in the front, which is not close to rooms. All other entries have stairs. There is an elevator for the upper level, but it isn't close to an entry either.

When viewing images online it looks like there is a street between the room & the harbor. It is misleading. It is a one row parking lot (there's another in the front of the building). There wasn't a lot of traffic during our stay. The actual beachfront is a LOT farther away than it appears. There is also no actual path so it isn't easy to get to, especially if you have trouble walking. The grass was very wet as well.
