Hotel would be suitable for those arriving at Termini on transit for a night.
Pros:

The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Rooms were in need of refurbishment. Paint was peeling from the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. Shower head needed replacing. Advertised as close to attractions. Wasn’t near them. Room service laundry trolley was continually parked outside the room with the vacuum cleaner. Posing a hazard for trip and fire exit.

The A/C is something to be desired. It did not cool the room very well. Also the bed is quite hard. Not very comfortable

Pros:

テルミニ駅から近く、帰国する前の滞在には便利な場所にありました。美味しくて安いレストランも駅の側にあり、良かったです。

Cons:

部屋が清潔ではなく、ティーカップなどに誇りが被っていました。ティースプーンやカップも汚れが目立ち、洗ってから使いました。楽しみにしていたテラスは小さい机と座りづらそうな椅子で、結局そこで過ごすことはありませんでした。植木も雑に管理されていて、虫がたくさんいました。せっかく美しい景色が見られる場所なので、もう少し手入れをした方が良いと思います。これがジュニアスイート？！と驚きました。

Really enjoyed the room, location was excellent & quiet at night
Pros:

The hotel was great, staff excelled & the access from the station was excellent. Was in a slightly quieter area of the city which was positive but easily reachable from the main attractions. Room was a good size, quiet at night for sleeping & the bathroom had great hot water which is what you really want when travelling.

Nothing felt bad
