It just felt icky.
Cons:

Our room was dirty. The glasses had lipstick on them. Bathroom had hairs everywhere. The room smelled like BO. The phone barely worked.

Excelente.
Pros:

Limpeza, conforto, ar condicionado (lá fora 40 graus), equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e sempre atenta às nossas necessidades, em especial a Lisa da recepção e o David que preparou o melhor café expresso e o capuccino.
A localização do hotel é próxima do Roma Termine, dela consegue pegar metrô e trens facilmente.

Pros:

Particulièrement bien situé, à côté de Termini, parfait pour rejoindre les différents quartiers. Personnel souriant, très serviable, arrangeant. Globalement une super expérience.

Cons:

La ventilation (de la cuisine ?) bruyante , qui s’entendait bien dans la chambre 107 mais nous avons sans aucune difficulté pu changer de chambre sans frais.

5 stars all around
Pros:

Perfect location for a trip to Rome. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and had amazing restaurants at the corner of the street with amazing food and good prices. Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, the colosseum and many more historical sites were a 20-30 minute walk. The hotel itself was VERY clean and the bed was very comfortable which I appreciated after a long travel day. The staff was so friendly and nice, allowed a early check in since my room was ready when I got there at noon and securely held my bags for me so I could explore the city after check out and before my flight. I will for sure be back

Small cons: very poor water pressure but that’s everywhere in Italy (didn’t bother me for a quick shower) and the rooms can get a little noisy with outside traffic but nothing crazy that altered my stay.
