Przemiła obsługa, świetny serwis, czysto, śniadania wystarczające żeby się dobrze najeść, lokalizacja blisko ważnych miejsc.

Uliczka przy hotelu miała codziennie wątpliwy zapach. Nazwaliśmy go zaułkiem moczu ale na szczęście to nie obniżyło poziomu zadowolenia z pobytu;)

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück sehr lecker, mit einer guten Auswahl. Vor allem der Kaffee und die frischen Kuchen waren toll.
Die Juniorsuite war wirklich großartig und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse.

El Hotel muy bien ubicado e impecable. Las habitaciones muy lindas Ubicado cerca de Termini. El personal muy atento. La aerolínea retrasó 3 días el equipaje y Lorenzo estuvo atento a recibirla. Cuando el equipaje llegó al hotel inmediatamente nos notificó. Mil gracias a todo el personal por hacer nuestra estancia en Roma menos estresante. Gracias Lorenzo y Aron por su amabilidad y profesionalismo.

Un albergo comodo per rimanere in zona stazione!
Pros:

L'albergo é vicinissimo alla stazione di Roma Termini. Il personale é stato molto gentile e professionale. La struttura non é nuova ma si vede che é stata ristrutturata. Letto e cuscini sono stati molto comodi. La stanza era abbastanza pulita ed il bagno era abbastanza grande con una doccia spaziosa e con un bel doccione funzionante, nonostante il tubo dello stesso fosse parzialmente staccato dal muro. Colazione top!

Cons:

La TV della stanza non funzionava e, nonostante sia intervenuto un dipendente cambiando anche il telecomando, non é riuscito a risolvere il problema tecnico.
