Séjour agréable malgré les déficiences techniques, cet établissement ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.

Excellent location Easy walking to the Lagrange area, shops and park. Excellent breakfast. Quiet room - just what we needed to decompress after a 15 hour flight from California.

No air conditioning, rude staff a miserable experience. Avoid

Cons:

We checked in and found the superior room 502 did not have a functioning air conditioning system. The temperature of the room was 28 degrees. We were told by the man on the desk to just open the window as the air conditioning didn't function until 5pm. We went for a walk and returned after 5pm to find that the air conditioning hadn't kicked in. The evening receptionist apologised and tried to fix but was unable to do so. We were offered two alternative rooms. We had to accept 509 which was half the size and without the spa bath as the alternative had a staircase mezzanine and I am recovering from surgery so unable to use stairs. It quickly became clear that the air conditioning in the second room also didn't have a functioning air conditioning system. The fan came on for three minutes and then cut out. The temperature of the room was 26 degrees. We gave up and spent a very uncomfortable night. The next morning the man who had registered us the previous afternoon was extremely unhelpful. We pointed out that the room we had was half the size of the one we had booked and did not have air conditioning. We asked for a reduced rate to reflect this. 'NO' was his only response. No apology no explanation just 'NO'. We had double checked before booking that the room would have air con as temperatures are very high this season. We pointed this out he just dismissed us. We are returning to Turin several times this year. We shall not use this hotel and would advise others to check into one of the alternative hotels near the station that provides the services it advertises and staff who value customer comfort. A real disappointment from Best Western.

Pros:

Recomendable, la verdad que al llegar parecía una zona un poco regular, porque hay unos soportales con gente "rara" pero no estuvimos en ningún momento intranquilos ya que si es por la noche y vas por fuera no tienes problema. Y además hay una comisaría en la otra acera. Esta muy bien ubicado para recorrer todo.
Una habitación muy agradable y el desayuno correcto.
