Horrible experience, will never go back to this hotel.
Pros:

Nothing - the area is rundown and full of vagrants, the room was meant to be a super king but was split over a mezzanine so no floor space, the air con was ineffective so the room was constantly too hot, and complimentary coffee was only provided on the first day. The cleaners moved all personal items around the room without any care. I would not recommend this hotel.

Just excellent!
Pros:

Everything was really good, from the very first moment at the front desk. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, fresh and rich, and also the staff at the breakfast room were super nice.

Pulizia molto migliorabile. Camera pultia superficialmente, con evidente accumulo di polvere a grumi sotto tv, mobili e letto.

servita in un locale pulito e da personale simpatico e disponibile.
Visto il brand mi sarei aspettato di più in termini di variatà.

camera piccola e scomoda
- impossibile lavorare in ufficio il "tavolo" non permetteva di tenere nemmeno un pc
- nessun servizio aggiutiv
- purtroppo la televisione non funzionava
- aria condizionata efficace ma rumorosa

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Frühstück waren sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Lage vom Hotel ist super für eine Städtereise, die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet.
