Our stay was short and sweet, and the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in our last minute stay due to a family emergency. The team at the front desk, specifically the young woman working the lobby as I checked in, had been so helpful and made our stay a breeze, so much so we booked a second night. The room was clean, the pool was clean, and the staff were not missing a beat. This team truly cares about the property, and it shows.

Cons:

I did ask if we could have our beds made with clean sheets for the second night (I was in the lobby when sheets were being changed in the morning) and this did not happen, we instead received only flat sheets to replace for our second nights stay, but it truly is not too big of a deal, as the staff made up for this in every other interaction we had.

Very clean and friendly staff... Even though they are renovating the hotel, it was perfectly located for a softball tournament!!!

Cons:

Nothing against the hotel... There is construction so the traffic at some points might be a problem...

Front desk clerk not proactive
Pros:

Breakfast area ran out of coffee 20-25 minutes before 9 am closing and front desk said kitchen staff had “left”. I saw them. Next guest, who asked for coffee was told at 10 minutes until 9 AM that the Zerr area was closed. It was not.

Didn’t stay on site long like planned because it was dirty

Breakfast was ok, not much to it

Cons:

Pool was a cloudy green, I booked hotel because of pool and we couldn’t even use it. Hotel was dirty and definitely needs some matienance
