El desayuno pienso k faltaría poner mas cosas había cucarachas el cuarto qué me toco y olía feo el cuarto.la alberca debería estar abierta toda la noche en la noche es cuando se podría relajar uno ya que anda uno todo día para arriba y para abajo.ese dia llegue alas 10 y ya no pudimos meternos porque ya estaba cerrado.

Nice, comfortable and great location
Pros:

Location is great and convenient for the Huber Softball complex. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great as well.

Cons:

I can say we had no issues. We've stayed in several different hotels in the area and we believe this one is the one we will stay at from now on.

Pros:

I loved that it had a pool , breakfast and coffee was amazing

Cons:

The mirror in the bathroom was really nice , but unfortunately the vanity lights didn’t work , so the restroom was poorly lit

The location is good for hop on and hop off 10 freeway

Cons:

Dirty and the staff was rude. I found multiple insects in my restroom and could not shower, brush my teeth or comb my hair. When I brought this up to the front staff, they could care less and was very dismissive about my concerns instead of reassuring me that this was not their standards. I have been staying at these La Quinta’s on my trip from Florida to California and have not experienced anything close to what I have experienced here I pay for a service and I expect minimum clean room. I understand that staying at smaller hotels means risking it, but I paid a little bit more to stay here versus Motel 8 where I would expect to see something like this. I am very disappointed at how this was handled. I never requested a full refund. I did however request a partial refund since I was not able to shower or get ready in the morning and nor did I use their breakfast. And was denied

Pros:

Location is great to all tourist activities and other adjoining towns. Free Breakfast was good each day.

Cons:

Staff say they have been informed that they only clean rooms every 3 days. So we had to go get our own towels and empty our own trash and no one ever made the bed. Very disappointing.

Pros:

Location was fantastic for activities in Seguin, New Braunsfel and San Antonio. Breakfast Bar was good and staff were very nice.

Cons:

They only cleaned our room one time in nights. And told us they only clean rooms every 3 days. We had to empty our own trash and get more trash bags and had to go down to front desk each time to get more towels.

Our stay was short and sweet, and the staff were very friendly.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in our last minute stay due to a family emergency. The team at the front desk, specifically the young woman working the lobby as I checked in, had been so helpful and made our stay a breeze, so much so we booked a second night. The room was clean, the pool was clean, and the staff were not missing a beat. This team truly cares about the property, and it shows.

Cons:

I did ask if we could have our beds made with clean sheets for the second night (I was in the lobby when sheets were being changed in the morning) and this did not happen, we instead received only flat sheets to replace for our second nights stay, but it truly is not too big of a deal, as the staff made up for this in every other interaction we had.
