I loved how central the location was.
The pull out couch bed was heavily stained and missing a fitted sheet. I asked the front reception for one and they delivered more flat sheets. The picture of the room showed a lovely corner tub, the room i had had a basic tub so the kids and i were disappointed.
Overall, it was great! Loved fire pit area and the pet friendly atmosphere. The women at the front desk I think her name was Melissa she was so kind and nice. All the staff were including the maintenance guys!!!
Pool and hot tub room were so full of chlorine that you could taste it in air, and it made my eyes irritated. I never even went in the water it was just being in there that was tough.
Writing review so you have current information :
The hotel is having a renovation , however, with the exception of the front desk moved to another building you would not know workers were on site. This is a very clean, quite , hotel with a lovely breakfast and a 4 min drive to the main town. It is near shops and the staff that works here are all very helpful and kind . The beds have plenty of nice pillows, are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked, plenty of towels in the bathrooms and the fireplace adds warmth to the room . The breakfast is also very good , waffle station, oatmeal station and many other choices . Yes I would recommend and yes I would stay again . The two bedroom suites were perfect for our family
A hot tub was advertised and not available. We chose the place based on the hot tub
Arrived very late after driving all day and couldn't get in. At midnight not clear where the entrance even is. Door was locked! Went back to my car and called as i had already made reservation. No answer. I am dealing with the death of both my fiance and mother. I am panicking as I have interment at Saratoga Nat'l Cemetery for my mom tomorrow. I start to cry. See a woman in a robe start banging on the windows. Thankfully she was kind enough to let me in. The front desk person came out from the back where there are 2 OFFICES(not bathroom!). I simply said i have a reservation and I couldnt get in. Well, she went off... i had to go to the bathroom and im a female here by myself so i lock the door and i dont care. Dont want to hear anything about it. If i have to go to the bathroom yadda yadda yadda. Well I was a female OUTSIDE in the dark unable to get into a room I PAID FOR!!! UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Next day I mentioned that I had a problem at check in to the desk clerk. The "person" last night told me nothing about the hotel so I had missed breakfast. She was wonderful. She asked what happened so i told her. She wanted to do anything to help make it right. Thank you Mylisa!!!! Gen mgr found me and was also wonderful... what can i do etc... Then i was approached by another woman who was the day manager, Chrissy I think. She ended up sitting with me while i had my coffee and was the most lovely kind person. We ended up chatting and i even cried. Needed release. ❤️ Ty Chrissy &
I’ve stayed in more Marriott properties than I can count and this one is very tired and run down. Carpets and furniture stained and bathrooms need a good scrub not just a wipe down. I changed suites a few times then just gave up realizing there was no “good one.” The only 5 star rating here are the front desk employees who went above and beyond to try and please me but with the condition of this property they could only do so much. As far as the names one was what sounded like Melissa but I think she spelled her name uniquely like Myleesa. Give her and whoever else was at the front desk on 9/5/25 at 5pm a raise they deserve it! Otherwise I suggest to look elsewhere.
Pet friendly and has an EV charger on site and a few blocks away.
The outdoor space was nice.
I was overcharged for my room and contacted them several times to ask about my bill with no response back from them. One night in this mediocre hotel shouldn’t cost me almost $1,000! I travel to Saratoga often and will not be staying here again.
We visited Saratoga Springs on a weekend during track season. The free shuttle to track was very helpful and convenient. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious but did show signs of wear. The toilet was scratched likely from the use of a snake to clear a clog. Molding was lifting in the bathroom. When reported to the front desk, I was told the hotel would be undergoing a complete refresh this Fall.
Not enough parking.
Huge rooms, nice hot tub but pool was cold.
Only place available.
Had to change rooms 3 times, first one had stains all over the bed, second one smelled like an ashtray and third room had blood on the pillowcase.
we had a good experience. the only drawback was one set of elevators and we were a long way from them. the corridors took some getting used to.
I was disappointed with the internet service and the coffee.
Very friendly staff, excellent facilities-
Excellent customer service, interior and exterior maintained above expected. I’ll be back.
