Most pleasant. Great location 5 minutes from train station and 15 minutes from old town

Disappointing for a 4/5 star hotel. It needs a maintenance uplift
Pros:

The feeling of space throughout . Staff were efficient.

Cons:

The swimming pool was cold and in a dangerous condition because the banisters into the pool wobbled severely. I thought they were a safety risk . Tiles needed regrouting. One of the showers in the steam room area wasn’t working . The whole area was not maintained.
In our room, one basin was cracked and the grouting around the toilet base was missing.
So general lack of running maintenance.

Pros:

Good hotel. Lovely staff, clean rooms and facilities.

Cons:

Hard to find fault so I’m gonna be pedantic. Possibly the lack of towels in the bathroom

Ruime en schone kamers, heel goed ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel, eigen parkeergarage die ook ruim was.

Cons:

Hotel is een beetje ver vanuit boulevard en centrum (een paar kilometers).
