La habitación era muy amplia, en la nevera tenía refrescos de cortesía aunque nadie me advirtió, lo supe cuando intenté pagar.

Cons:

La bañera tenía la superficie de la base rayada y de color oscuro, parecía sucia, en recepción me dieron mil vueltas para hacerme una factura porque tenían datos antiguos de la dirección de mi empresa, de hace más de 15 años, pasé una noche en vela con los vecinos de al lado metiendo ruido hasta las 4 AM, en general me costó sentirme como en un hotel de cuatro estrellas

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Nos sorprendimos por lo bien que estaba el hotel. Muy nuevo, limpio, la piscina genial, la ubicación muy cerca de la estación de tren y a distancia de marcha al muelle uno. Fuimos en familia y lo disfrutamos mucho.

Cons:

Soy de espalda se sible y la cama se hundía un poco para mi gusto. Pero mi familia no tuvo quejas. Me encantaron las almohadas.

Pros:

The location is definitely the hotel's strongest point. It is very close to the airport by taxi and also within walking distance of the waterfront and the Old Town. If you enjoy walking, you can easily reach most of the main attractions without needing public transport.

Cons:

The room was extremely dusty, as if it had not been properly cleaned for quite some time. This was noticeable immediately upon arrival and made the room feel neglected.We had requested a room on a higher floor and away from the elevator. To be fair, the hotel did place us away from the elevator, but once again we ended up on the second floor. The windows faced a busy road, making it impossible to keep them open due to the constant traffic noise. Fortunately, the room had air conditioning, which helped.
The overall attitude of the staff felt rather indifferent. Communication was polite but very dry, and there was little sense that guest preferences or comfort were a priority.
The restaurant prices were surprisingly high. In fact, even restaurants along the waterfront and in the tourist areas offered better value. For example, a small portion of salmon with fries cost €23, which felt excessive for what was served.The swimming pool was also disappointing. It is very small and located between surrounding buildings, meaning it receives little to no direct sunlight during the day. As a result, it is not particularly inviting for relaxation.
Overall, the hotel benefits from its excellent location, but the cleanliness, lack of attention to guest requests, and poor value for money in the restaurant significantly affected our experience.

Super Hotel mit optimaler Lage zwischen Strand und Málaga Downtown.
Pros:

Sehr geräumige Junior Siute mit weitläufigem Ausblick Richtung Meer. Die Lage bietet beide Möglichkeiten zum Strand San Andres oder zur City.
Draußen im Innenhof sitzt man gemütlich beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist innen eng mit den Tischen gesetzt und die Kaffeeautomaten laufen sehr langsam. Filterkaffee wäre eine zusätzliche Variante für das internationale Publikum.
