Brilliant
Pros:

Lovely staff and brilliant amenities. The restaurant serves food until late, the waiter was friendly and the food was good. The spa was relaxing and I was impressed by the gym! Really recommend staying here.

Mooi hotel en mooie kamer. Ontbijt was best oké. Ligging was goed.

Cons:

De kamers zijn enorm gehorig. Zo hoor je enorm mensen die de deur van hun kamer openen en sluiten. Een ander nadeel aan het hotel is dat iedereen binnen en buiten kan en de lift kan gebruiken. Zo stond er om 03h in de nacht een dakloze man aan de deur van onze kamer te kloppen om een liedje te spelen voor geld.

Het personeel van het ontbijt is top, maar het personeel aan het onthaal is zeer onvriendelijk. Ik kreeg te horen dat het mijn eigen schuld was dat ik mijn kamer niet inkon, maar dat was hun schuld aangezien zijn hier een fiut hadden gemaakt.

Staying is always like coming home.
Pros:

This was our 8th visit to Illunion Malaga. It is like coming home. Illunion hotels have ethics, they are an inclusive employer & the feeling of being with family is outstanding. Their rooms & suites are so well kept, the extra touches & attention to detail make it so special.

Cons:

The only thing that we don’t like at Illunion Malaga is having to leave.

Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Ho apprezzato soprattutto lo staff, sempre molto disponibile, simpatico e accogliente. Mi ha fatto particolarmente piacere la piccola sorpresa golosa che ho ricevuto in occasione del mio compleanno. Un gesto semplice, ma davvero gradito e che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Complimenti per l’attenzione e la cura verso gli ospiti.
