Un excellent séjour à l’hôtel ILUNION Málaga
Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel ILUNION Málaga du 6 au 8 août avec mon conjoint et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la chambre, spacieuse et parfaitement adaptée à une personne à mobilité réduite, ainsi que le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de l’ensemble du personnel. L’accueil a été très chaleureux.
La piscine, le parking et les différentes facilités proposées par l’hôtel ont grandement facilité notre séjour et nos déplacements. L’emplacement est également idéal pour visiter Málaga à pied, notamment pour rejoindre la plage. La proximité des taxis est également très pratique.
Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, qui était délicieux, varié et de très bonne qualité.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’ILUNION Málaga pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et son attention.
Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Hotel in un'ottima posizione di Malaga, al centro tra le due spiagge cittadine principali. Il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi (circa 15), così come le spiagge. Ottimi servizi proposti, tra cui Spa e piscina. Struttura ben curata nei dettagli, pulita e accogliente. Staff sempre pronto e attento per qualsiasi richiesta. Camera grande e luminosa, letto kingsize comodissimo. Punti a favore i distributori di acqua ad ogni piano, con acqua fredda, temperatura ambiente e anche frizzante e la colazione, super curata, con una varietà e abbondanza di prodotti, di ottima qualità e adatta a tutti. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo!

La habitación estaba limpia, pero los dispensadores de jabón de manos, champú y demás amenidades del baño estaban vacíos. Parece que no los revisaron antes de entregarnos la habitación. Espero que mejoren este aspecto. También el refri. No tienen nada moría de sed me tocó bajar al bar no está cerca al centro si acaso quieren considerar eso

Das Zimmer und die Lage war ok. Parkmöglichkeit war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Leider fehlte die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des Personals, wie wir es bei anderen Hotels in Andalusien erfahren haben. Insbesondere die jüngere Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption bestach durch Ihr arrogantes Auftreten.
Leider kam es häufiger vor, das es sehr stark nach Kanal im Zimmer roch. Das Hotel handelte immer sofort und es konnte temporär behoben werden. Allerdings sollte dieses Problem grundsätzlich behoben werden.

Hotel muy recomendable en Málaga

Situación. Desayuno. Piscina. Personal. Tamaño de la habitación y comodidad de la cama

Cons:

Aunque había habitaciones libres, nos dijeron que había que pagar 20€ adicionales si queríamos ocuparlas.
La barrera del parking está mal colocada,sobre todo para maniobrar y salir con coches grandes, debería estar colocada a mitad de la rampa,no abajo del todo
