Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

24/7 check-in
Good breakfast
Close to the stations.

Cons:

I was surprised that in 4star hotel they do not use duvet cover, but duvet is just between 2 bed sheets.
When I asked about it the receptionist they explained to me and then made a laugh of me - that was very unpleasant and inappropriate.

Hotel je ľahko dostupný k metru, vlakovej stanici. Blízko pláž. Raňajky pestré, veľa čerstvého ovocia, šťavy. Dá sa oddýchnuť aj pri bazéne po celodennej prechádzke.

Cons:

Izby smerované do ulice nie sú odhlúčnené.

I didn't like that I had to speak and send train tickets cancellation from the train comapny Iryo to Beatriz supervisor at the hotel that our trip in train was cancelled ,due to rail problems in order to be reuimbersed for the night of Good Friday. we had to expend more money lookin for alternative transportation and what we founded was for Good Friday. I don't understand a huge company like this Hotel was so difficult dealing with this. I had to go 2 times to the reception for this issue having a new modified reservation from Boooking.com

Séjour tres agréable que nous avons vécu durant 5 semaines dans cette hotel
Pros:

Cet hotel a un personnel exceptionnel. Toujours disponible et répond rapidement a vos demandes. Le jour de notre arrivé avons recue a notre chambre un plat de tapas et une bouteille d eau.
Au déjeuner qui se compose d une qualité de pains, une certaine variété de fruits. Bouteilles de mousseux disponibles tout au long du déjeuner. Il y a un cuisinier disponible pour répondre a vos demandes : oeufs a votre gout , crepes etc.
Aussi il y a des produits sans gluten

Hotel de alto nível. Um pouco longe do centro, mas tranquilo e com facilidade de estacionamento.
Pros:

Café da manhã farto. Instalações com farinha where e seca, piscina aquecida, academia tudo em bom estado e funcional.

Personale gentile e professionale,struttura accogliente

Cons:

Purtroppo la nota negativa è la posizione,in quanto l hotel risulta essere in centro ma in realtà è in zona porto, 1 km e mezzo dal centro,avrei gradito che su booking fosse stata inserita la REALE posizione in modo da poter optare per una struttura più comoda per chi decide di girare la città a piedi.
