Convenient and always our favourite
Pros:

the room was great but needs a deep clean and a refresh. Staff as always - fantastic. Hotel is our favourite as it is convenient and has excellent facilities including food, Starbucks , store and riverside walk

Cons:

once again parkade elevator broken , no warning no signage. we saw handicapped wheelchair people struggling to find secondary elevator..how hard is it to put up a sign that helps people.

room is great but needs a deep clean to eliminate grout mold and fix ripped and torn wallpaper

All in all the property is incredible and you are well looked after during your stay!
Pros:

Staff were wonderful and so helpful

Cons:

The bed is our only complaint. The bed was uncomfortable and the middle was sagging causing you to roll into it.

As a family we really loved it.
Pros:

Our room was very clean, entering the casino side of the resort was very impressive with the double curved escalators, Starbucks convince, and adorable gift shop. The pool was spectacular, my daughter loved it so much that it’s all she wanted to do. There were security cameras on every floor and elevators, and the security team at the casino were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

It was slightly inconvenient to get to the pool, and the process to get towels there was a bit daunting.
