Rooms were dirty and had stains on the so called new sheets. The walls and floors were terrible and need updated and the carpets were super stained
The price was right. The front desk was able to provide linens for the pull out bed. Free breakfast is always a plus.
Upon checking in, they charged me an extra $10 for making the reservation through booking.com. I've never experienced this before. The hotel had a bad smell to it, including the hallways, elevator, and room. The carpet in our room was covered in stains and a previous guest had obviously smoked in there. The bathroom shower was out of shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast area had a broken down drink machine and the milk dispenser had a lot of ants crawling around.
Staff was kind and attentive
Clean. Was really dirty. Stains in the bed linen. Poop stain in toilet from previous customers. I end up full of allergies. Bed was uncomfortable, I slept like in U because mattress was so old.
The staff was nice and the rooms were clean. The hotel was easy to find and parking was nice. We will look to return to this hotel the next time that we visit.

The location was close to the thing I was there for.
The facility was disgusting. It reeked of mold and mildew. The halls smelled like weed, the carpet was soooooo dirty, there was a roach in the bathroom. Bathroom floor felt squishy like it was going to fall through.
The manager is so helpful and since I come down all the time he is the best always has room available and ready

Room was smelling like mold
Floor was wet beside the bed after I took a shower breakfast was terrible juice machine was broken all weekend coffee was nasty
My first floor room was not great. The mattress was dented, sunken down. The small couch and pillow on the couch had stains on it - from what I have no idea. The carpet was damp all around the area where the refrigerator and microwave was. There was mold on the vents in the bathroom and ceiling vent above the dirty couch and the room smelled completely musty - probably from water in the room and mold. I am a nurse so I am thankful I did not have to stay one more night. The entire front desk and kitchen area was extremely hot - not sure if air was broken? But when I went to breakfast, no one was there except a homeless woman who was eating stuff, then left. No one else was eating and I know why. Not much selection, only thing that looked edible was muffins. Wasn't expecting any gourmet breakfast but everywhere else I have stayed has at least had multiple choices like cereal, pancakes and some hot choices. I was very disappointed with this stay. I am a choice member and hilton member - I have never had any issues like this before.

Hotel had damaged walls, doors in public areas, area was not safe and looked to be run down.
I think providing the staff with sensitivity and customer service skills is critically important. I have never experienced such a traumatic stay based on a request to be switched from a mold and mildew infested room (#104) to one that would no longer cause my eyes to swell and neck to break out. Day staff member yelled at me for more than an hour while he paced back and forth. To add injury to insult, he kept referring to me as “you people” and threatened to contact the police if I didn’t leave the building. I voluntarily left and checked into another hotel and as I left, he insulted me again with being a “bullsh***” and that he was adding me to Radisson’s no rent list because he determined the room was fine. I have video of how the room looked but wish I had hit record as he yelled at me and my elderly Mom for over an hour.
