The staff was extremely nice and did everything they could to be of assistance.
Our AC in our room was out, they were unable to fix it and unable to move us to another room.
Breakfast was horrible the pool was nasty and closed earlier every night the linens were not cleaned nasty and stained up and the towel I tried to use to shower with had some black mascara stuck to it The pull-out couch had stains on it and had crumbs in it The tub and shower curtain was absolutely disgusting stains all in the carpet I didn't even want to walk barefoot in my own room coffee was nasty and the creamer tasted expired All the yogurts in the fridge were expired this May of 2026 and was curled no meats and only scrambled eggs in the three part warmer I only booked because I expected a country inn and suites to be like the ones I've stayed at before I have never been into a country inn and suites that was this horrible as this one and because of this day I will never stay at another country inn and suites again! Not to mention we are a veteran family. Just outrageous.
The amenities available!
The AC in our room didn’t work and a few of the furniture pieces were dirty and outdated
Not much
It was so dirty and nasty. Stains on the couch, bed, floor. Mold. Really bad
You had a smell too they had no towel on the washcloth. The elevator was broke for a couple hours
Nice and clean
Not enough toilet paper
Breakfast was okay.
Room was okay, but we had 5 people on reservation for room and only enough stuff for 2 people to take a shower. Didn't like the fact that the heat/AC furnace was in the room right in front of our bed, that was very different and everytime the furnace come on the air from the door would blow right on us. The heated pool wasnt so heated, children couldn't really enjoy the pool.
The rooms where spacious and comfortable.
Everything was awesome.
This hotel should seriously be shut down. The lobby looked fine at check in, but the room was a nasty mess. The carpet was covered in stains, the curtains had mold on them, the drink machine was out of order, the snack machine was out of order. The waffles at breakfast made my husband sick, the bread on the buffet was hard as though it had sat out for an extended period of time. The phone in the room was a paperweight and a room that slept 4 had 2 sets of towels (to get additional took over 30 min). The parking lot is covered in trash and there were several cars that had broken windshields and flat tires. There was a U-Haul in the parking lot moving out furniture that was NOT the standard in the room, possibly a long term stay. THE PHOTOS FROM THE HOTEL ARE NOT PHOTOS OF THIS HOTEL so go by the traveler ones. It is NOT a good place for travelers at all, I guess Radisson is allowing anyone to advertise for them.
I did not stay. The room was not clean at all. Upgraded to a king suite. Same situation. F
Carpet with multiple stains. Hair over the carpet and bed. Linen not clean and walls dirty. Moldy smell to the carpet.
Extremely poor experience.
We checked in for one night and walked into a room that was 80°F even though the thermostat was set to 60°. I reported it immediately and was told it would normalize. When we returned that night with our family, including a newborn, the room was still 79° and remained unusable.
The hotel was sold out, offered no alternate room, and said only management could approve refunds. Given the unsafe conditions, we turned in our keys and booked another hotel immediately.
They also charge a $6 “resort fee,” which is hard to justify. This property more closely resembles a basic roadside motel than any kind of resort.
The aftermath was worse. I was told to contact management, specifically Max Shah, then redirected to the third-party booking service, which later confirmed the hotel still required his approval. After days of calls, the refund was denied and replaced with an offer for a future discount.
I ultimately disputed the charge through my credit card.
Charging guests for an unsafe, unusable room, especially a family traveling with a newborn, and then refusing a reasonable resolution reflects a serious lack of decency and accountability.
Take your business elsewhere.
I liked the lay out of the room.
The food taste fake, the pool was freezing, the room was not clean, the coffee taste like water, and they couldn't provide clean towels for half the stay.
If negative ratings were a thing this would 100% be the reason why it does, to say this place was disgusting is to put it lightly. We booked for 3 nights and it was so nasty we only stayed 1. From the stained carpets to the dusty headboards and desks, the moldy walls and ceilings the nasty stains on every surface as well as the sinking floors and bathroom door that wouldn't close and that is just in our room. Their guest laundry facility busted and dirty as if it was just an abandoned place, the pathetic excuse for "breakfast" which consisted of only sour spoiled waffles that went straight in the trash after one bite and some stale bread and cereal, the staff were useless, they were either always outside smoking or on their phone playing games had to come down everytime since they never answer the phone. Beware of the fake photos they have online for they are from a different location and the ones that were from here are either from a long time ago or photoshoped because its not like that anymore. Lesson learned gonna try to get a refund, I'll take the loss if it means i don't have to stay in this trashy dump anymore i done cross-country trips and stayed at multiple places and this one is easily the worst one i have ever stayed at.
