Bravo staff, ma non ci tornerò per la qualità dell’hotel.

Lo staff sempre disponibile e cordiale, posizione fantastica in centro a Firenze.

Cons:

Camera molto vecchia e sporca, con muffa in bagno. Prezzo enormemente sproporzionato alla qualità della stanza. Tassa di soggiorno esorbitante, 7€ a persona per notte.

Stylish and quiet hotel with great location
Pros:

The location of this stylish hotel is great! Palazzo Vecchio is just behind the corner but the area is still quiet and calm so restful sleep is guaranteed. Rooms are very comfy and include everything one might need.

Cons:

As an old building (which they all are) the shower drain has a slight odor to it. Not bad, and to be honest most people probably wouldn't notice, I'm just extra sensitive. I would've appreciated some 'greenery' at breakfast, like cherry tomatoes, fruits, etc.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Borghese Palace Art Hotel per due notti durante la nostra visita a Firenze.

Il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, contribuendo a rendere l’esperienza piacevole. La camera aveva dimensioni giuste e il bagno era comodo, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole. Gli ambienti dell’hotel sono curati e accoglienti, con servizi di buon livello.

La colazione è stata molto apprezzata: abbondante e con diverse proposte, adatta a soddisfare gusti differenti.

La posizione è particolarmente comoda, in quanto l’hotel si trova molto vicino al Duomo di Firenze e permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi i principali punti di interesse della città.
