Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00. Please note that opening hours are subject to change and guests are advised to contact the property before arrival.

Rates include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access for up to five devices for browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes excluding the tourist tax and handling fees. Beds made upon arrival are available at an additional cost.

Sailing schools are located nearby and offer private lessons as well as beginner and advanced courses in windsurfing and kitesurfing. Equipment rental is also available, including windsurf boards, kayaks and paddle boards. Additional windsurfing and kitesurfing courses are available approximately 2 km away on Almanarre Beach.

For any invoice request, please note that invoices will be issued under the name stated on the reservation.

If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe specified in the booking policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. agreable séjour mais un peu trop tôt dans la saison
Pros:

Bel emplacement, parc bien entretenu.
Logement pour 4 à deux, c’était bien

Cons:

Le secteur est vraiment « mort » en cette période
(Difficile de trouver à manger, uniquement des pizzerias ouvertes)peu de bus.

Le confort pourrait être amélioré

Les draps sont des draps d'hôpital cousus ensemble, c'est un peu cheap en 2026. Le grille pain ne marchait pas et le lave vaisselle sentait mauvais ( 3 lavages à vide ). Confort des lits sommaire

Da kann man Urlaub machen
Pros:

Ausstatung: es war alles da, was man braucht.
Auf den Fotos war eine Kaffefiltermaschine zu sehen. Dafür haben wir alles mitgebracht. Vor Ort gab es aber nur Kapselmaschine. An der Rezeption wurde problemlos getauscht.
Wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Geschützter Balkon (Zimmer 249). Das bietet nicht jedes Apartment.
Schöner Strand. Super Rad- und Wanderwege.

WC hat gemüffelt.
