Fantastic facilities we had a lodge by the lake which was spacious and clean a little walk from main hotel but we could park ojr vehicle right outside. Beds were super comfortable slept so well. Everything you need is on the grounds which which is good as the hotel is quite remote.
We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
The main part of the hotel
The rooms were basic, old decor, dirty bath mat, old bottles of hand soap and lotion , no coffee machine (just instant)
Welcoming staff and very friendly welcome at reception. David was fantastic and greeted every guest personally and ensured they were booked in quickly. Guidance on things to do in area was clear and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic with very friendly staff and clearing tables quickly.
The pools at the leisure center were advertised as hot pools, but I have found it to be quite cold to lukewarm. Not what I expected, but the area was neat and clean and can't fault the jacuzzi! The steamroom didnt quite work well either.

Disappointed that we couldn’t get evening meal as restaurant was fully booked I would have thought they could accommodate all hotel guests ! We had to eat in golf club bar off our laps as not enough tables to sit at to eat !

The building is beautiful, the beds were comfy
The spa is quite is dated and the pool floor was loose. Not able to hire buggies for a disabled guest to look around the site, for golfers only.. There weren't enough cups and coffee station resources for the number of guests booked. The lift to the back lounge was blocked by tables so not accessible to use. Only a small thing, but I expected robes and slippers in the rooms to use at spa.

Lovely location, big room, breakfast was lovely, room service was good but food and drink prices are expensive.
No air conditioning and shower over bath is not good for people with mobility issues. Also feel there was not enough blue badge parking near the accommodation.. huge cars parked up for days on end in spaces which state drop off only..those some of those spaces could be designated Blue Badge, there was only 1 disabled parking bay near our accommodation, despite there being at least 4 accessible rooms there.
Quarto grande com vista para o campo de golf.
A limpeza deixou a desejar tinha muito pó nas mesas e chão precisava expirar, banheiro também precisava de uma limpeza mais profunda eu fiquei com nojo da pia.
Seria bom se tivesse cobertor extra no guarda-roupa.
Eu não recomendo o quarto 313 próximo ao sistema de aquecedor e fica fazendo barulho a noite.

Bed was King size (5’), duvet was Double (being generous!!)…..duvet couldn’t cover us both if we moved!
Mattress ‘topper’ has been really badly fitted we realised when we got into bed…..100mm over one side and same short on the other side.
Young lass behind the bar seems to require some additional customer training, or at least gain some manners and a smile!
