Room size was ok
On August 26th when I checked out, Hotel Reception adamantly refused to provide me with an invoice. I was treated very badly. When I requested an invoice via Booking.com, this was also refused. I then had to contact Booking.com, who wrote to the hotel, and reminded them of their obligation to provide an invoice. I have not received an apology from the Hotel, or any offer of recompense for the inconvenience caused. Very disappointing.

Great location for golfer with the choice of two courses with a reasonable price. Facilities are good, but I did not use most of them during this stay.
The beds are quite small and one side of the double had a huge lump. The pillows were very soft, with no extra one available in the room, but may have been supplied if requested. A good night's sleep was not had by myself or partner, but we had some great pictures for instagram. Menu in the restaurant was not to our taste
The grounds where amazing and it was refreshing to have English staff members who where able to understand and where very attentive, easy to speak to and looked like they wanted to be at work. We travel a lot all over the country and in all our stays hotels are staffed members where English is not there first language who seem uninterested in good customer service, so your hotel and its staff where a breath of fresh air.
We can't think of anything wrong with our stay.
Very comfortable and quiet
The location of property are perfect
The apartment was a really good size and clean. The hotel reception staff were very helpful and polite.
There was some maintenance going on around the pool area which made the disabled / family changing room out of use on one of the days during our visit.
The grounds are beautiful, we stopped in the outer part of the hotel in what I assume would have been the servant quarters. Room was designed lovely and lots of room, the small church on the grounds was open into the night. Bar food was also really nice and affordable.
The pool facility was far too busy to go in, but it was peak time. It didn’t really resemble the aesthetic pictures that are shown.
