Pros:

Remek helyen elhelyezkedő szép szálloda. Gyönyörű, a kert, kedves, segítőkész a személyzet.

Cons:

Zavaró az éjszaka is folyamatosan működő udvari csobogó, szökőkút hangja. Nem lehet nyitott ablaknál aludni tőle. Kicsit egyhangú a reggeli menü.

La terraza y la zona de piscina con vistas al mar (que casi no veíamos porque estaba nublado 😭!
El pueblo de Mijas, precioso
El desayuno completo y variado (aunque con zumos naturales ganaría mucho!)

Cons:

Experiencia decepcionante para un 4 estrellas.
- Por un lado, el servicio nocturno es insuficiente: a la 1:00 AM nos denegaron poder pedir una botella de vino a la habitación y el minibar era extremadamente básico (solo agua y patatas), algo que no cumple con las expectativas de esta categoría.
- Por otro lado, lo más doloroso fue el descuido con un objeto personal. Olvidamos una alianza con 26 años de valor sentimental en el baño. A pesar de nuestro aviso antes de la entrada de nuevos huéspedes, y de que se comprometieron a informarnos tras la búsqueda, nunca recibimos esa llamada y tuvimos que reclamar nosotros varias veces. No sugerimos nada más que una falta de celo profesional, pero es una pena que por un descuido en la búsqueda el anillo haya podido acabar en la basura. Falta de empatía y de servicio.

Not for me.
Pros:

The hotel its self is spotless, the rooms were of a good standard, staff helpful.Very quiet, no noise issues.

Cons:

The location, it is basically a hotel beside a roundabout, there is nothing nearby. You have to use a bus or taxi for any trips to nearby town or shops. Out of a 6 day stay 3 wedding functions were held, closing the pool and being moved off the sunbathing area. The pool opens at 11am and closes between 4 and 5pm, being actually fenced in each day. I would not retùrn.

Pros:

I am a returning client who if in the area i always stay here. It always meets my expectations and never had any issues.
Cant wait to be back in the area again and will book at Hacienda .
