L' emplacement et le tarif. Piscine fermée mais endroit sympathique

Cons:

Le personnel du bar et du restaurant: 1h d attente pour avoir 2 cocktails qui n étaient pas ceux demandés ( pourtant presque personne) . Un mic mac au restaurant pour savoir ce qui est inclus ou non, ce qu on paie à la fin du séjour. On était plusieurs couples et les règles étaient différentes pour les uns et les autres sans logique. Le personnel ne voulais rien entendre et l équipe semblait tendue. C est dommage.
Ma chambre était en sous sol, moins agréable et sentait un peu le renfermé.

I had a really frustrating experience trying to speak with your receptionist, Ollie.

She ..ollie …. was rude, had no patience, and repeatedly put the phone down on me. When I tried calling back, my calls were ignored, and this went on for hours.

All I needed was a simple answer about changing my first night, which was imminent. Booking.com had already contacted the hotel by message, and I could clearly see there were rooms available, which made the situation even more annoying

On top of that, I used all of my mobile data while being kept on hold for so long, only for the call to eventually drop.

This whole experience was unnecessarily stressful and very disappointing. I would appreciate this being looked into.

The swimming pool was also closed !

Erg rumoerig. Deuren sloegen met lawaai dicht. Het zwembad was gesloten. Weinig parkeerplaatsen.

La experiencia en el hotel Unión Hacienda Mijas presenta varios aspectos que requieren mejora significativa. En primer lugar, la limpieza resulta claramente insuficiente, tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes. Al entrar en la habitación, se percibía un olor desagradable procedente del baño, lo que afecta negativamente a la primera impresión. Además, el extractor del baño acumulaba polvo visible y las ventanas estaban sucias, lo cual es especialmente lamentable considerando el potencial de las vistas del hotel.

Sin embargo, la calidad del servicio es inconsistente: mientras algunos miembros del personal demuestran una atención adecuada, otros, especialmente en la zona de restauración, evidencian una actitud poco profesional. Respecto a la oferta gastronómica, el régimen de media pensión (22 euros por persona) no se corresponde con la calidad proporcionada.
