The staff were great, especially the reception team.

Pros:

This is the 5th time we have stayed. Excellent location but the bar service can be very hit and miss. Very clean but getting a bit old and not all maintenance is being kept up with.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the room wasn't working, hard to sleep in 27°. Reported the issue immediately but it was not resolved until our second day.
