Le personnel est agréable mais essaie de nous vendre toutes sortes de services sans arrêt
Les chambres ne ressemble plus vraiment aux photos, vieillissantes et vétustes notamment la salle de bain
Très bruyant que ce soit avec la piscine ou dehors car pas de double vitrage
La vie est catastrophique
Impossibilité d’avoir 2 cartes pour la chambre
Le petit déjeuner est sur commande la veille, il est bon mais assez restreint
Pas mal de bestioles

מלון חמוד במחיר משתלם

לקחנו 3 חדרים. המחיר משתלם מאוד . החדר היה נוח , עם מיטות דיי נוחות . הצוות מעולה! מאוד נחמדים ודאגו לכל מה שביקשנו וגם להסעה מהשדה .

Cons:

המיטה הזוגית ממש קטנה ,למעשה היה נראה שבחדרים עם שתי המיטות גדולים הרבה יותר

The property is close to Old Town

Cons:

The place was not clean. There was a roach the size of my fist in the room. One of the staff did get it out but then said housekeeping will clean better the next day. Didn’t matter as we were leaving the next day. The AC was awful we had it the lowest it could go and we were still sweating.

Also do not book an excursion with them. My friend did and she said no one could tell her what was going on for the excursion and there were bugs in her food. I had already booked another excursion through Viator and the staff were annoyed and said I should have done the one with my friend. So glad I didn’t after her experience

Heerlijk ontbijt, perfecte locatie en zeer vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Goed ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel. De locatie is top: op loopafstand van de Japanse brug en de prachtige Hoi An lantaarns.

Toen wij er waren, was er een enorme onweersbui waardoor de airco het begaf. Bij het uitchecken de volgende ochtend heeft de medewerkster haar excuses wel tig keer aangeboden. Ontzettend netjes, want zij kon er natuurlijk ook niks aan doen!

We should have stay in Hoi An more than one night.
Pros:

What I liked most about this hotel was the very helpful front desk staff member who wears glasses. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name. He was highly capable and spoke excellent English. He assisted us with everything we needed, including purchasing tickets for the Hoi An Memories Show, arranging transportation to Ba Na Hills, and booking tickets to visit Coconut Village for the basket boat ride. He truly provided a one-stop service for all our needs. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, our stay was much more enjoyable and convenient.

Cons:

The room looks a bit worn and outdated, but considering the price, it offers good value for money.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß mit ruhigen Balkon. Fußläufig gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Das Frühstück wird ausgewählt und war sehr gut.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft wurde der Zahlungsprozess in die Länge gezogen und man versuchte uns sämtliche Leistungen zu verkaufen. Das Gebäude ist sehr hellhörig. Alles, was unten im Pool passiert, hört man auch im Zimmer. Die Tür vom Balkon ist nach unten offen gewesen, weswegen Insekten in das Zimmer kamen.
