Simple, good location, friendly staff, value for money but not 4 star.
Pros:

Location was good, good sized rooms and the staff were very friendly.

Cons:

It’s certainly not 4 star. More 3. Rooms are dated and a sparkling jacuzzi which wasn’t clean didn’t set the world on fire.
Air con takes ages to get going.
Shower kept running very low on water on many occasions.
Just needs some time and money on it but good value as a base.

Perfect location and lovely staff!
Pros:

Amazing location.. The staff where so friendly and went above and beyond with any request! The rooms were clean and tidy and the beds comfortable! The pool was lovely and refreshing especially with the super hot weather. The breakfast was super tasty! I would definitely stay here again!

Très bon hôtel pour visiter Hoi an
Pros:

L’emplacement est super car à 2 pas de la vieille ville et le personnel est sympathique

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est moyen (pas de jus de fruits frais) et la piscine est mal située (juste à côté du hall et des tables de petit déjeuner)

Pros:

Exceptional location! Very close to the old town, lots of shops and cafes nearby. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

My room was on the top floor so it was quite warm if the aircon wasn’t on.

Pros:

L'emplacement est correct. La vieille ville est à 10 mn à pied.
Le personnel est agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel est vieillot. Les équipements sont assez sommaires.
Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
Notre vue, dans une " suite deluxe" donnait sur un terrain vague très vilain.
Le petit déjeuner, même payant, est très basique.
Trop cher pour ce que c'est.
