Like I said before, the location was good and if if I was in the area again, we’ll stay there
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a good position and the young lady on reception was very helpful and a credit to your hotel

Cons:

I didn’t really like the shower room because it’s not a real wet room. The floor is got flooded out and then it’s all wet to get to the toilet. It’s not very good needs looking into.

Hotel con piscina a un paseo del centro neuralgico de Hoi An. El personal fue muy agradable y servicial. Me ayudaron en todo momento a conocer los puntos álgidos de la zona y como llegar hasta ellos. Si vais, tenéis que probar el masaje con Vân, una chica vietnamita. Siempre he temido que me masajeen las piernas porque casi nadie consigue el punto exacto donde no haya dolor. Ella hace realmente bien el masaje.

Perfect stay, wish we had more time there. Highly recommend

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable and the location of the hotel perfect, quiet at night but walking distance to the lanterns.

Window of our room was a little bit small and sometimes we could here sounds from the corridor, but nothing that bother us so much. Everything was excellent.

Pros:

Thuong was exceptionally helpful, very friendly and kind throughout the trip. She ensured we had everything we needed and offered advice and booking for trips etc during our stay. It’s a lovely hotel, very affordable and a short walk from everything you need and Old Town. We even extended our trip for a night with them more than planned and was offered a complementary massage after 3 nights. Would 100% recommend
