Bon hotel pour être proche de la vielle ville

Chambre un peu vétuste mais l’emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel compense largement ce point

Good location, very friendly staff but if you don’t like cockroaches don’t go.

Cons:

Cockroaches in the room. Had them in the room 2 nights in a row. Left the hotel early as clearly had an infestation.
On the first night, asked the cleaners to give the room a good clean, still dead cockroach at side of bath left even after asking the cleaner to clean room. Covered all drains and bath plug hoping that there would be no more roaches, however still on the second day more roaches.

Nice staff, good location, lots of issues with the upkeep and management of an old building.

Plumbing leak not dealt with in 5 night stay. We were not offered another room. 1 towel per person per person per day which we often had to use to mop up flood waters on the floor.
Deal breaker: breakfast served in another hotel, a block away and up one flight of stairs. Not accessible in a city known for its lack of accommodation for people with mobility issues. Also, slick marble floor in lobby with 2 random changes of level that could easily become tripping hazard is the nice reception staff didn’t rush to hold my elbow whenever I started across the floor from elevator to door.

The location - it was fantastic, so close to the old town but the street was really quiet with some lovely local restaurants - plus it was close to the VP bank!

Cons:

The room was a little small for our family of 5 - the beds were normal doubles (think that is our fault for not checking) and so it was tight and there weren’t many places to put our clothes and luggage

Leuk hotel, goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel

De locatie is erg centraal en toch rustig. Je loopt binnen een kwartier naar the Old town.

Cons:

De badkuip was erg verouderd en in de badkamer kun je vanaf de gang binnen kijken tenzij je in de badkamer met de deur naar de slaapkamer open doucht. Als jullie dit verbeteren is het een heel fijn verblijf

Great value, location and friendly staff.

Excellent location, just far enough away to be quiet but close enough to walk everywhere.

Cons:

Our room had two tiny windows at floor level, so it felt a bit like a cave, despite the description saying it had a garden view and depicting a photo of curtains covering what you think is a window, but it's not. The room was large and spacious, however, and the bathroom was really nice. Staff apologized kindly and did their best to accommodate us further and we very much appreciate their efforts.
