Frustración de no poder cancelar una reservacion que se duplicó

Se duplicó la reservación debido a que cuando la estaba haciendo se apagó el teléfono y creí no se había realizado. Expliqué lo que sucedió cuando vi w cobros distintos sobre 2 cuartos y yo sólo necesitaba uno. Nadie me ayudó en ese momento y quise contactarlos a ustedes y tampoco
