Pros:

recently stayed at this hotel and overall the facilities were good and the property itself was comfortable. The room was clean and the general condition of the hotel met expectations.

Cons:

However, my experience with the staff was disappointing. I arrived very late at around 2:00 AM, and naturally I was extremely tired. Despite this, when I requested a slightly later checkout, my request was declined without flexibility.

I had also paid for breakfast, but because I woke up late, no alternative was offered. I asked if I could at least receive something in a takeaway box, but this was refused. There was no effort to accommodate the situation.

Additionally, there was confusion regarding the airport shuttle service. The information provided was unclear. I was told to be at the pickup point at 12:40 and assumed the bus would wait for a few minutes. Instead, the bus arrived earlier and departed exactly at 12:00. Clear and accurate communication would have prevented this inconvenience.

The hotel facilities are good, but better communication and more understanding from the staff would significantly improve the overall guest experience.

La tranquilidad y el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Éramos 3, 2 adultos y un niño, nos pusieron 2 camas juntas, el problema era que las camas se separaban con facilidad, era incómodo poner al niño en el medio, podía caerse.

Comfortable, clean and the staff were pleasant and professional. Airport shuttle was great.

Close to the airport with a shuttle available. Check in and out went very smoothly. Restaurant on site.

Cons:

Our goal was to be close to airport. However, I Didn’t realize how far it was in to Barcelona, too far To go in to spent a couple hours.

Pros:

Grosse Räume, helles Entree, freie Parkplätze um das Haus herum. Zivile Preise für Speis und Trank. Freier Shuttle zum Airport.

Cons:

Wenig helles Licht im Zimmer, dunkle Einrichtung, kein Handtuchtrockner.
defekte Steckdosen, Tischlampen ausser Betrieb, dauer piepender Zimmersafe. Verstellter, nicht funktionsfähiger TV. Könnte nach und nach am selben Abend vom Techniker behoben werden.
Keine Tissues im Bad.
Türen bieten sichtschutz keinen Schallschutz. Laute "Oktoberfeststimmung" aus der Bar im Erdgeschoss, schallte an allen Tagen (2,5) bis in die Rezeption und 3. Etage in den Flur.
