Totally desinterested personel. Hotel has no atmosphere, everything looks depressing. Bad isolation, you hear every sound. Once is ok, but never again.

The location of the airport shuttle to the hotel is very poor. You are supposed to find it at P G, but no one can tell you where Parking G is. There is no signage in the airport which directs you to P G. After a lot of questions and a LOT of running around the airport buildings, we finally found where the shuttle was supposed to be. It was on the other side of and through the Parking ABCDEF buildings. There was no sign which told you it was P G. It would have been horrific if we would have had a lot of luggage. Fortunately, we were only carrying light bags. For any senior citizen looking for the shuttle, it is a terrible experience, especially if you cannot walk far. This needs to improve on the instructions from the hotel. This certainly minimized the experience at the Barcelona Airport Hotel.

How close it was to hotel
It looked nothing like the pictures. Very run down, terrible beds and food was extremely gross yet expensive. Will never stay here again.
Chambre très spacieuse et lits super confortables ! L’hôtel est très bien situé proche de l’aéroport pour y passer une nuit avant un vol très tôt le lendemain et l’accès y est très facile grâce a la navette gratuite.
