Pros:

Very clean. The food was good. The lighting of the room was good as well. Free mini bar. Check-in was very smooth and staff let us check-in a bit earlier. The atmosphere was also incredible.

Cons:

The TV was too outdated, no cast service (just mirroring, a 10+ years technology). The shower kept flooding (was clogged when we got there). The bathroom door didn't really close completely, not very private.

Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. It was an excellent stay. The facility is very very nice. And the breakfast food was really good.

Cons:

The shuttle was quite far to go with a large bag to be picked up upon arrival. I also had to walk quite a distance when I was dropped off for departure to actually get to the ticket counter. I find it more typical that when dropped off, the shuttle puts me in front of the door of the airline you're departing with.
But the shuttle drivers were very friendly.

При наявності вибору, зупинимось в іншому готелі. Готель непоганий, але персонал дуже неприємний.
Pros:

Ми обрали отеле через розташування та трансфер з аеропорту та назад) це додає переваг готелю.

Дуже якісні ліжка та приємно здивували наявність праски 👌

Cons:

У нас постійно переставали спрацьовувати картки для входу в номер і персонал на ресепшн був мягко кажучи не дружній. Поводили себе так, наче це ми винні і абсолютно не переймались проблемою.
Нам довелось виїхати майже на добу раніше з номеру, але ніхто не пішов нам на зустріч і не запропонував компенсацію, на жаль.. хоча ціна за одну ніч не маленька. Окрему хочу виділити роботу персоналу у ресторані: це був жах… чекати доводилось дуже довго, щоб прийняли замовлення; нас облили напоями, але не тільки не вибачилася, а ще й обрахували, записавши у рахунок зайві порції… дуже неприємне враження…

Shuttle from/to airport.
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Lack of amenities, atmosphere, working pool, lack of light or storage in the rooms. No consideration for special dietary requirements at the main menu, and a minute effort at breakfast.
Small pillows,bed was good,not great..
Mini fridge empty and warm, so couldn't use it for keeping my keds inside.
TV with no signal and no access to menu function or settings to lower brightness.
The list goes on unfortunately...
Overall opinion,a 2 star hotel in south America has performed better..

Location and transport to the airport

Cons:

No coffee machine in the Room
Breakfast not available. If you do not go for buffet, then you cannot get toast or a pastry.
Chipped plates at the Bar. They gave the impression of a rundown hotel.
Room main entry doors are worn out, show chips on borders. The premises are in need of renovation

Camera spaziosa, buon ristorante, sosta strategica per partenza mattutine dall'aeroporto.
Pros:

Posizione ottima per la vicinanza all'aeroporto. Camera grande. La navetta gratuita è comoda e ti porta in 10 minuti in aeroporto. Il ristorante ha un buon servizio ed un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Può essere costoso come punto di sosta per dormire poche ore ed andare in aeroporto.
