location is nearby airport, free shuttle, room with slippers and bathrobe, free minibar and breakfast, the staff in the breakfast area are nice
the staff in frontdesk..they are not so friendly..not welcoming and accomodating.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant staff were absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, the negative first interaction overshadowed the rest of our stay.
Our stay unfortunately started off very badly. We waited around 40 minutes for the hotel shuttle bus at the airport, only to be told on arrival that they could not take our ski bag. I later discovered this information is mentioned on the hotel’s website, but it was not stated on Booking.com, where we made our reservation.
What made the situation worse was the driver’s behaviour. He became rude and argumentative, and even shouted out of the window at us as he drove away. There were only two other guests in the minibus, so there was clearly ample space for our skis. We had previously stayed at this hotel in 2022 and at that time the shuttle had no issue transporting our skis, so it never occurred to us to double-check.
The airport shuttle was the main reason we chose to book this hotel again, so this experience was extremely disappointing. We feel strongly that restrictions like this should be clearly stated on third-party booking sites to avoid situations like ours.
For that reason, we would not stay here again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with skis or sports equipment, particularly as there are more affordable options available — especially considering you will need to arrange and pay for a taxi anyway.
