It was close to attractions

Cons:

There was like 15 people in the room on top of us and they were really noisy till like 2am and nothing got done

Decent stay with great places nearby
Pros:

Really good location with lots restaurants and bars near by and the coast just a short walk across the road.

Cons:

Was a little run down and needs some TLC, but for $60 it was a bargain and we were only there for the one night.

Cons:

hvac, tv, microwave, water pressure, towels/bathroom amenities poor quality or not functional. Facility was being renovated and workers were unprofessional and materials were scattered and messy. Bath tub was marred and stained and water pressure was rediculous. TV wasn't functional, no shampoo and on and on....

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Cost and location was good. It was close to stores and restaurants.
There were some decent channels on the TV.
Luckily I had a lower level room.
Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Better coffee setup in the lobby since there are no coffee makers in the room.
There were some pretty shady people in the area so we kept our dirt bikes inside the room. It wasn't easy getting them inside since we had to roll them up the ramp and around the tight corners.

It was much better than the Motel 6 in Monterey where we stayed the night before.
