Wie immer toller Aufenthalt im Welcome. Wir waren zum Besuch in der Veltins Arena.

Cons:

Das bei so großen Andrang nicht vorher der Check-In gemacht werden konnte. Vorallem Wenn man ins Stadion will.

War ganz Ok Zimmer Top Restaurant und Bedienung Flopp

3 Minuten zu Fuss in die Arena

Cons:

Das Restaurant was zum Hotel gehört wie auch die Bar hat das Personal keinen Plan was sie tun!Hugo und Aperol gibts in der Bar für 9 Euro fertig aus der Flasche wahrscheinlich Lidl oder Aldi !Keine grosse Auswahl im Restaurant auf der Speisekarte und sehr unfreundlich für ein 4 Sterne Superior !Frühstückbuffet war Top von allem war da wer da nichts findet tut mir leid !Ansonsten war alles ok .Schade für das Restaurant dass nur eine minimale Auswahl an Essen ist und sehr unfreundliches Personal da arbeitet und keinen Plan haben !Frühstücksbuffet sehr freundliches Personal

Peu mieux faire
Pros:

L'hotel est isolé et le parking offre un sentiment de 100% de sécurité pour la voiture.
Le personnel a été compréhensible et aimable, ils m'ont proposé de changer de chambre ou d'attendre que le technicien vienne pour mon problème de la salle de bain, à mon retour vers 17h le problème avait été réglé.
L'hôtel est super beau et la chambre offre une vue magnifique, surtout le soir avec les lumières et le matin la lumière du soleil qui vient nous réveiller en toute douceur.

Cons:

Le prix est assez cher, vous que lors de mes 3 nuits, aucune femme ménage n'était passée le matin.
À ce prix, le ménage tous les matins devrait être inclus!
Je n'ai pas profité du Sauna car je ne voulais pas avoir à payer un supplément.
Sinon rien à dire, l'hôtel est assez confortable.

Für 1-2 Nächte i.O. Bei Bedarf bin ich erneut Gast. Preise p.N. teilweise nicht angemessen.

Ausgezeichnete Lage für einen Besuch in der Veltins-Arena! Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit solider Qualität. Nach Reklamation des nicht sauberen Zimmers wurde uns zumindest ein Tag parken erstattet. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen i.O.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war nicht gründlich gereinigt und man merkt, dass das Hotel seinen Zweck erfüllt überwiegend für die Arena da zu sein. Der WC-Bereich in der Lobby riecht sehr sehr unangenehm und wirkt unhygienisch. Sicherlich ist es wirtschaftlich korrekt, die Preis nach Angebot und Nachfrage zu gestalten. Jedoch stehen 260,00€ p.N. nicht im Verhältnis zu Ausstattung und Sauberkeit.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen.
Pros:

Die Lage war hervorragend, direkt an der Arena auf Schalke. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war ganz ausgezeichnet, viel Auswahl und sehr leckere Speisen. Obwohl das Frühstück später begann, als wir es brauchten, konnten wir bereits eher frühstücken. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr serviceorientiert, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es war rundum gut.
